Giving Thick Leather a value that actually sells on the TP, for the most part. The changed they made are mostly revolving around limiting the liquid flow of cash in the game (dungeon murdering, somewhat set back by the Fractal rewards, now), and decrease the inflation.
Raids and Fractals still drop PvP gear, and you can buy them with wipe tokens from Raids, but drops are still RNG, in both the chance and the parts you get.

Raids drop equipment for different armour classes too, rather than a selectable box.

FUN is EU, the only proper one, but as a result it's underpopulated in comparison, there's an NA/EU shitposting guild, HOPE the "the" NA /gw2g/ guild but not exclusively /vg/ at this point, DORF has people formerly from HOPE that started their own group, and occasionally another one surfaces, shitposts to have people join them, and dies down in drama in 1 week to seven months every so often.

Just give the ones that are interesting to you a try and stick what. There's no objectivity in rating the guilds since they're largely there for the social aspect.
