Finished playing pic related, it was on sale in the eShop.
I am a pussy when it comes to horror games but I quite enjoyed the game. Got the worst possible ending at the first playtrough.

Shame the port on Wii U isn't exactly well made. Another instance of wasted potential for a proper inventory/map on the gamepad, like in ZombiU.

For two bucks it was worth it though.

Have never heard any positive recommendations for Nintendogs (that one I haven't played so it may very well be a great game, or no one is talking about it because it's so old) or Chibi Robo. I don't like Animal Crossing or KI:U but it's palatable to the masses and popular enough that contesting them would just be autistic. There's regular multiplayer and Siege. Siege basically takes clan wars to the next level since you build bases and take territory on a game map. Bases that you have to defend from enemy attacks, or you can choose to attack bases of enemy clans.

Any structure with health is something built and placed by the player. The base building is also surprising deep too. Since you can not only place structures, but things like walls, sentry guns and mines.

To a point, the lack of physical copies really kicked its ass. But you can always find a match on regular multiplayer. Siege depends on if a member of the clan you attack defends.

The change up though is mercenaries can join to defend as well, mercs in this case are players who haven't join a clan, but can still take part in battles in siege.


But yeah, it's not nearly as active as the Euro version that I'm showing you. Hell, to keep people still involved, they're doing a Splatoon tactic of unlocking a new game mode and part of the map every week. Fortunately, they aren't doing that for any of the weapons, but the only way to gain a decent amount of money to buy them is to play siege.

Golden Eggs, you get them from leveling up, or just playing the game regular. The downside is some items require a fuck ton of golden eggs to unlock so they have a 'buy with real cash feature' The flip side is, the expensive stuff is usually more for cosmetics and aren't pay to win. (Like the cardboard box armor, or an astronaut suit.) The downside is, you'll never unlock everything unless you buy a metric fuckton of the eggs.

I might make my own clan, depends on how things go since I'm currently a captain in one of the top clans in the NA version.


Even with the golden eggs, the game's solid that got unfairly shit on. It's got a hell of a lot more depth than Call of Duty. Also the campaign is pretty fun too.
