Let me offer a short explanation on how time-based RNG works in hopes that people will stop with this superstition bullshit.

It's not confirmed in any way, but it's possible that the time you roll affects the result, since it's an easy value to generate a semi-random number from. However, when generating this random number, they just use the timestamp as a seed they run through some kind of algorithm that removes any pattern in the seed number.

Let's try this. Take a look at the filename my image got when I uploaded it, the one beginning with 1451... That's actually an UNIX timestamp, measured in millisecond. Let's imagine this is the time DWs servers received a roll request from me. So DW would take that number in the file name, and run it through some kind of algorithm, like this one

Paste in the timestamp there, and you'll get a completely different string, Let's say that any string starting with the number 1 corresponds to the 5* pool. That gives you a 6% chance, slightly more generous than DWs, but just an example. Then try to increment the number by one, to see what the result would have been if you rolled one millisecond later. Do this a few times. Notice how the strings are completely different just by changing a single digit. There's absolutely no recognizable patterns, the only way to reproduce a result is to have the exact same timestamp, down to the millisecond.
