Attila is an unoptimized mess, try this launcher fix to try and improve performance.
Launch Rome 2 then launch Attila instead from the Total War launcher. FPS can increase anywhere between 1 to 25.

He really was.
Attila is my favorite but I would never ever recommend that as someone's first Total War, Shogun 2 is probably best for that at this point
> Tomb Kings still not announced
Just use the M2TW Renaissance mod. It's What I use when I try to play all the total war's chronologically and need to fill in the gap between Medieval and Empire. I think it starts in the late 1400s and ends in 1699.
If they're going to include America and Asia I'd rather they do it with the plug-in standalone model they're using for Warhammer (assuming it works ofc). Otherwise we'll get disgusting shit like Empire's campaign map again.

I really wish cavalry could kill people while riden past them like in medieval. It's stupid how cavalry is so "sticky" and has to engage in a 1v1 fight with routing enemies.
I know the feeling. I hate the fact that my cav will all stick together to chase down one routing enemy, when the rest of the enemy unit is running the other way. Like, fucking split up, niggas.
whats better for third age? DaC or MOS?
also anyone got the link for the patch? Moddb has gone pants on head retarded and requires membership to download anything anymore
Because you need to
buy the fucking game
You dont know suffering until youve had tier 1 horsearchers try to run down routers in melee on legendary. Their attack is so low it takes multiple hits even when theyre running
>get on wiv it
this setting just gets lamer and lamer, i cant even tell if theyre supposed to be niggers or cockneys. im guessing the lore makes about as much sense as planetwar
Abolition was a mistake
I've been to the theater today to watch the international remasterized version of Kagemusha, by Akira Kurosawa. I must admit it's the best classical war film I have ever seen.
I went full TW:Shogun mode and left the theater to get back home and start a new campaign with clan Takeda in order to drop my ashigaru and cavalry all over the country.
Yes only a few theaters indeed. It depends where you live. Larger cities tend to have more theaters which means a lot more offers. Clearly though jidaigeki is not for everyone.
>>It really was. You'd think a free soiler would know that a gradual end of slavery would have been better.
Irrelevant. The south raised the flag of insurrection before Lincoln had so much as stepped in the White House, and had arrogantly vowed to not give up until savagely beaten into submission. While there certainly was some moralistic thinking behind it, emancipation in the end was simply a pragmatic tool of economic warfare to be used against rebellious states. Just like the Anaconda plan, or Sherman's march to the sea.
Ultimately it was the South that decided that the Union would be preserved by total warfare. They can answer for why it was such a messy affair.
Reminder that you will literally never be this autistic. You can shit your pants and flap your hands in frustration from inability to express your strong emotions through words and you will still be less autistic than Legend.
Just got Attila from a friend for my birthday today. I've seen you guys talk about it a lot, but do you have any essential tips?
I love total war but am not particularly good at them so any useful hints for attila would be nice since I know its harder than the other games.
>I know its harder than the other games.
That's a meme by casuals that have never played pre-warscape games
Its still piss easy, there's no reason you shouldnt win on Hard with basic common sense
For provinces, focus on these things first:
Unless you're a barbar, not every province needs to be a military production province. I say "unless you're a barbar" because barbarian factions get military units from their food and public order buildings.
Provinces will have one or two resources sometimes (though sometimes a province will have no special resources). Open up the building browser and find that resource and look at the last building(s) in the chain so you can potentially plan your economy around it.
You might start with wheat farms since it produces the most food, but climate change will make it so wheat is worthless. Goats, I believe, are the best food production after climate change. Or maybe it was cattle? I cannot remember.
Christian religions (except Eastern Christianity) cost money. Other religions (usually) cost food. As climate change occurs, you'll probably want to switch to Christianity to conserve as much food as possible.
Huns and White Huns lower morale of Christian armies by 10. Be careful.
Hammer and anvil.
Threads Ded post throat singing
plenty of older games have this issue

I hope you didnt downgrade from 7 or 8.1 to 10 by choice
Well I hate to use anecdotal evidence but I didn't have any issues with it whatsoever on my current PC. Pic related.
Might be something tied to Win10
Honestly 30fps has never bothered me, its when it dips so low you can actually notice the lag when its annoying. 60 is obviously ideal but not necessary for me. Mildly concerned how Warhammer will run, might have to upgrade my card.
So does anyone else find playing as barbarians piss easy in Attila?
>migrate to somewhere fertile
>beat up the Romans and take over their towns
>all the other factions love you for it
>easy trade agreements, easy money, etc
>just buy everyone into being your client state
I'm playing the Ostrogoths and I migrated to Aksum's starting city and have conquered everything around the Persian Gulf plus Alexandria. All that's left for me to do is decide where I'm going to expand to. Everyone loves me because I beat up the ERE for a couple cities
Just turn down shadows and you should be fine.
>film-type charge of leader with men in tow
>only one thing dies
>other units dont fly from the visible shockwave
If they're going to be cheesy, then go all the way, goddamit
Eh might have been early in development, in the dwarf battles they showed the larger units and hero units could sweep several units away with heavy attacks. The orcs warboss tossed 4 dwarves away with a slash etc.

Jesus Christ the Danes are motherfucking unstoppable in multiplayer in AoC.
Not only did I get steamrolled facing off against a Danes player as Asturias, but I got steamrolled by the AI when I replicated the match in custom battle to try a different build! Ditto for the Lombards.
I'm usually a fan for the changes that AoC introduced to combat, but is it really fair having a faction that pretty much wins the second they get into melee?
> use cav dipshit
I did, but even the basic spearman in a spaghetti line can ruin Royal Knights. Even their paper-armoured axe troops can ruin cavalry if they get them bogged down (which they will, because if you try to withdraw the cav instantly dies).
Buying any kind of high-tier infantry is even more worthless, since the axes completely negate their armour. My 950g heavy inf were the first to die in the entire army!
The only feasible way I can see of countering Danes is just having half your army be archers and kiting the shit out of them with some supporting cav to harass.
>You will forever be stuck with Turkic nomads and no mod will ever fix them

>playing WRE on hard
>Attila is constantly in the alps with innumerable hordes
>I've prepared for this
>essentially every town and city has a lvl 4 settlement as well as a full stack.
>his troops never really attack
>keeping focusing in on elements that get separated from the main horde
>kill attila twice
>kill 5 stacks next turn
feels good but also i never really got to truly test out my maginot line. eh, conquering the rest of the map and re-establishing the roman empire will be good enough i guess.
>never really got to truly test out my maginot line
It's the same deal with star forts in FotS. By the time you research them you're already on the offensive with your Armstrong gun-heavy doomstacks.
Also as much flak as staying christian gets. I have to say their late tier techs are fantastic. you just have to build all your ancient roman stuff first and then go full christian techs afterwards.
The one time I got the Sassanids to assault one of my walled towns they basically waited until the walls had crumbled to nothing and the entire settlement was on fire. Though I suppose that was the point.
So I finally beat the Attila campaign as ERE.
I'm thinking of doing WRE next. Surely it must be a bit easier?
Plan of action:
>demolish churches for early money
>buttress Italy and Spain
>hold as much of Gaul as I can
When the money is coming in from Italy and Spain, start retaking what I can.
wouldn't abandon Africa, great food source as wheat fields there stay viable throughout the entire campaign
plus if you manage to get rid of the north african factions, it is one of the safest places around
>listening to rome audiobooks
>1000 hours into R2
>Modified the files so marian legions appear 107bc like real life
>roleplaying historically accurate rome on rome 2 taking territory typically during the times they were actually conquered
>spain, greece, italy, sardenia, most of north africa and western anatolia in roman hands by 150bc
>50 years of mostly peace and repelling rebellions in already conquered territory according to history
>my lands are entirely peaceful aside from the enormous boii empire taking over most of europe launching pitiful attacks toward casalpine gaul and the huge epirote empire to the east doing the same with no result.
>dozens of turns pass with no battles
>100 more turns until I can allow myself to conquer more territory
>all this waiting and peacetime
With ERE I converted to Greco roman paganism. The sanitation bonus and extra cash at the beginning really helped me to get things rolling. By the late game, though, shit was getting messed up with food only just sufficient in most provinces. I didn't have to deal with the -10 morale, though.
As WRE Latin Christianity has extra osmosis power so I'm thinking of demolishing the churches first but then rebuilding later once I have so extra dosh.
Best religion plan?
I played WRE on hard but i found that if you can take all of Mauretania early, than you can easily hold Mauretania and africa.
I also found that a good front is Auitania and Narbonensis Liguria and Venetia.
Aquitania can fairly easily be defended by an army and a fleet while the other 3 can be defended easily with one army.
Also agents are your friends. especially priest.
I'm not really an insane TW player so I usually play on hard/VH campaign but with the battles on normal because fuck bonuses.
Thanks for the Maginot line ideas. Will try it out tonight.
Also, what units did you rush? As ERE my armies were basically the legio and comitatenses spears with some merc cavalry thrown in. I'd just tie down their line and bum rush the enemy general ASAP.
WRE seems to have stronger infantry than ERE.
I tend to go balanced techs early but then full on economy once i feel my basic units are decent enough against the enemy. though if anything the true strength of the WRE is in their crossbows.
Click on what you want to die.
but seriously they're like inbetween bows and javelins. they have the range of bows but they arc less than them. that said they still can fire over your troops.
JA, VI ELSKER DETTE LANDET
>tfw almost finished re-establishing the empire.
Sassanids hold turkey but they shouldn't even be a threat anymore. everything east on the map is essentially a wasteland except for the few settlements here and there. The white huns destroyed the Sassanids but in turn the Sassanids destroyed the Eastern empire. but now that Attila is dead my legions are free to take ground at an insane pace.
>Tomb Keks still not announced
I guess that one's my favourite since he was really persistent and posted in EVERY FUCKING THREAD
Has been anybody able to make TROM3 Encyclopaedia work? I have copied both folders into the Encylopaedia folder as i should, but every time I use Encylopaedia in game, it only shows me some random vanilla units and buildings.
Help me pls. I want to know what I am doing when I upgrade my cities.
Yep. Christianity is designed in such a way that is really shit in the early game but great for late game.
Besides sanitation is not a problem for the romans since they get great sanitation buildings anyway.
Fug, I just watched a documentary about Sir Drake and his expeditions in the late 16th century...
I really want a total war to fill the gap between M2 and Empire, it's just interesting and they would have so much options for DLC campaigns. They also could go the Warhammer route and add colonial areas to the great campaign.
Think it's time to hang up my Lakhmid campaign.
Everything was going fine, consolidating Aethopia and Arabia. Then the Sassanids attacked me, so i took Edessa, Antoichia and Ctiesphon.
A civil war has just broken out, taking Himyar and Antiochia ( my only Mediterranean port so trade has been cut off ) Judea has just declared war on me. Everyone is at war with me. My armies fight off two stacks in one battle, but a third comes from nowhere, out of a selection of 14 factions to send armies to me.
I can fall all the way back and build up again from scratch but thinking, i've had my fun on this campaign and time to try something else.
Another view of my vulnerabilities. I have one army building in Aksum to take Himyar, and another in Hira
>you will never kill this many Englishmen
Played on a few turns, in crippling debt, shitty generals and famine. Welp :(:(:(:(
Not going to stay in that area next time.
I know this is not the place to ask but I don't really know where to go.
Is there a mod for Dawn of War soulstorm that adds more codex units? I just want Imperial Guard units for Space Marines/Tau
Preferably not shit but I'll take what I can get.

>A HUR DUR HOW2WIN?
There is this strategy called kiting, and its the bane of that army. Refuse a frontline engagement. Shoot them until you cant shoot anymore, THEN attack. Against an infantry heavy army, dont give them what they want, simply hammer into their weakness and dont charge until every single missile is spent. Reminds me of rtw tourneys where they eventually banned more than 2 horsearchers because said strategy would absolutely crush any army with a weak missile contingient. Once fought a 50 minute battle as macedon where I finally won after he had spent every single missile and then charged my last pikewall, which i had managed to get to a corner, and barely won with my unit almost dead. For 50 minutes he kited and denied me the engagement I wanted, if he brought one more missile unit he would have won easily, thankfully it was against the golden 2 ha limit.
>Horse archer run-away-and-shoot destroys armies in history
>Horse archer run-away-and-shoot destroys armies in total war
Don't see a need to ban it, learn how to tackle it instead.
Did you at any point try archers? skirmishers? Any ranged unit at all?
I'm trying to run the Darthmod for Empires, but I keep getting "can't find steamapps\common\Empire Total War\data\DME\Packs\aum_on'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, etc.
Deleted DME, varified game cashe re-instaled DME, ran ETW again, started a game, saved, closed, rand DME again, same issue
idk what's up
10 years and nobody learned how to tackle it. Its impossible to beat a meta kite army with poor missile defense, there is a reason a limit was set and it was to prevent the 50 minute snorefest I had to sit through. Believe me, it was for the best, nobody argued
>Mongols in 2.3 were kind of shit and fizzled out before even crossing into Persia
>decide to toggle_fow really quick to see how they're doing now
>mfw no face
Holy. Fucking. Shit.
Goodnight sweet prince
Anon. I think its safe to say that this
Is overkill. Enjoy your 8000 siege battles, like thats 4 months of battles right there, does it ever stop? You have to go on the offensive against that? No chance
The mongols are overestimated everywhere because
1)they move so fast that by the time reports come in, they are everywhere at once and they constantly recount the same force
2)mongol tactics make it impossible to count them
3)Europeans like exaggerating; see: muh million persians
China is huge tho m8
The standing army by the end of the mongol wars was 1.5 million for china and 500,000 for the mongols. They sent 20-40k to eastern europe, 30-50k to central asia, thats it. Might have picked up more recruits along the way but thats it.
Europeans and arabs just cant handle the butthurt of being anally fisted by an inferior number of enemies. The mongol riders were worth 20 civilized men each, they were just better plain and simple. Chess vs checkers
but...but they avoid melee combat like cowards and just feign retreats, they're cowards!!! How dare they be a small, efficient, effective professionally trained fighting force that properly executed revolutionary tactics that would later be studied and become the basis for modern warfare.
Seriously, why the fuck don't we have TW: Genghis Khan
>I assume you're coming with me?
Nah, my pictures doesn't looks like silly Warcraft clone.
Where is other russian principality?
>A contingent of Teutonic Knights of indeterminate number is traditionally believed to have joined the allied army. However, recent analysis of the 15th-century Annals of Jan Długosz by Labuda suggests that the German crusaders may have been added to the text after chronicler Długosz had completed the work.
Why is it always eastern Europeans that are so obnoxious in the modding threads on TWC? All of the people there are obnoxious, but easties really stick out. For literally every modification they always shill aggressively for their homeland and get salty if eastern Europe is not done like they want it to be?
>20,000 mongols show up in europe
>70-100k strong crusader army meets them
>yuropoors charge, break decoy mongols as planned, lose tons of guys
>it was a fake retreat
>yuropoors lose half their men in a hail of arrows.
>Mongols retreat after decimating the charging christians "lol what a shithole lets go back to china and fuck chinese bitches"
>scattered remains of christians return to castles
>"WE BEAT THEM BACK. THERE WERE 800 THOUSAND OF EM BUT WE DID IT YUROP IS SAVED"
All of my keks
M2 and RTW have hardcoded limits to how many factions you can have in the game, it's why most of the map is just rebels. It's one thing Warscape indisputably does better, see >>127529960 for comparison.
Honor is for bitches that worry about being on the wrong side of someone's sword. Its coward insurance, the everlasting hope that after a life of warfare, he might be spared in the climax of his life. The mongol does not fear the blade of his enemies, so he has no desire to treat rebels to the eternal sky as anything more tham diseased cattle to be herded together and slaughtered.
Praise ghengis fuck the pope
Alright so the dwarf legendary lord skills kinda sucked ass. Hoping Empire will be good, especially curious to see what Gelt gets.
>dutch out of the game this early
Jesus france chill out.
I'm looking forward to it, a nice reinforcement of the theme that the only thing that really threatens the dwarves is dwarfiness. You'd be completely fine after taking over the mountains and buddying up with humies, but the book of grudges is going to demand you declare war on everyone eventually.
what do you supose grilled Hun tastes like?
Conquering the east n shit
Maybe because white supremacists have been known to use the flag at rallys or just in general.
Therefore all depictions of the flag, even in historical context, is racist, insensitive and wrong.

Can any proud independent Romans give me some battle tips for the WRE in Attila? Just picked it up the other day and struggling with the battles, I win most of them but I take horrendous casualties in the process and considering pretty much the entire world is at war with me my armies don't have time to recover before the next barbarians come storming over the borders.
Still very early game and I'm mainly using comistanses (or whatever they're called) spears and a few skirmishes and light cav. I'd like some more cav but they seem hard to recruit in my border regions as they're not setup for it. The comistanses apparently all have heavy armour but they still seemed to get badly mauled by the Germanic spear bands even though they eventually beat them. Are there any specific tactics that are good to try and keep Roman casualties down?
I'm more curious why we're happy to vilify the Confederate flag, but we're giving the American flag a free pass, even though the American flag, in almost all of its iterations, has done some pretty awful shit.
Testudo is a cheat code that allows you to win all sieges with ease. Just plop them in the chokepoint to the city centre and then use your free light cavalry to go behind and fuck them.
Modern representations of the flag are seen as hateful yes, but during the Civil War it was the battle flag of Confederate Forces, censoring it makes no sense and just proves how limp wristed and reactionary Google are.
Yeah I'm sure they were flying the stars and stripes when injuns died of disease. Now they have their own reservations and casinos and shit. They want to be segregated funnily enough.
>Because America has done more good than evil
>The Indian Removal Act was passed by Congress on May 28, 1830, during the presidency of Andrew Jackson. The law authorized the president to negotiate with southern Indian tribes for their removal to federal territory west of the Mississippi River in exchange for their ancestral homelands.
What's wrong with that? Should georgia just simply have gained the lands by force? The cherokees would've been wiped out completely. You know the injuns would have done fuck all with the land the have. All countries have occupied lands by force. Doesn't diminish the good things they have done.
>b-but muh ancestors
>Warfare between European nations before ww1 has always been chivalric in nature
Is that why the Bloody Verdict of Verden was viewed with such disgust? I thought such massacres were common but not even Charlemagne could escape the peoples judgement after that act
>The western front in WW2 was honorable and chivalric compared to that of the east. Warfare between European nations before ww1 has always been chivalric in nature.
you are a complete and utter fuckwit with no clue about history nor bearing on reality, this is maximum /pol/shit
So one of those slavposters on TWC is trying to get citizenship
I voted no
Those guys are just as bad as those greekposters who complained and went to start the TWC knock off Total War Hellas
Even if the idea that western societies fought within codes of honor, the very idea of a code of honor for combat is fucking stupid. The Macedonians fuck everyone up because their tactics and armies didn't give a shit about codes of honor and proper fighting, the Mongols did the same. If you plan to actually go to war, or if someone is seriously threatening you, you fight to win.
true, but more to the point, anyone who swallows garbage about yuropean martial culture ever being actually being "chivalrious" - same goes for nippon's bushido crap - literally does not know history. at all.
>or if someone is seriously threatening you
Most of the European wars weren't because they were seriously threatened, people went to war over the most stupid, mundane shit just because they needed an excuse to do so. Not like it was a fight for survival, it had to do with prestige more than anything else.
Am I the only one surprised to see just how fucking stupid the average TW fan is? I guess I'm used to people on /twg/ and it seems while there's a lot of autism here as well you don't see people spamming retarded questions in half-assed English like broken records.
>some dumb intern taking baits and replying to every single tweet
I guess most people on 4chan are able to make themselves understood in english. also we aren't accustomed to being spoonfed information so people here actually look it up before spamming the TW twitter account
It's actually the community managers who run their twitter, so Joey and Darren and the other 5-6 guys.
>Just another year or two for it to be finished!
The people here are pretty dumb and ask the same shit over and over too.
>is attila any gut
>which total war should i play
>[posts same boring campaign for the 6 millionth time]
>le eb/tomb cuck guy
>give me tips for WRE
They did. It's pretty much more or less on par with EB 1 in terms of unit amount. They're working on even more reforms for the next release, whenever that is.
Not to mention unique-looking units for every client ruler's bodyguard out there whereas in EB 1 they were identical to an elite unit in appearance.
>unlike the typical TW fan we don't ask retarded and repetitive questions!
>y-yeah well don't answer the retarded questions u mad u mad???
Explain to me how asking anonymous strangers on an imageboard about something subjective like the quality of a product instead of trying or viewing videoes of it yourself is anything but retarded
Can you guys post some of the other ones of these? Especially the roman ones please
warriors of chaos were based of 'harry the hammer' (pic related) and the early models were metal as fuck. Some anon on /whfbg/ had a collation of all the models worth a look.
Are you for real? They don't even look remotely like Mongols. The guy talking is Cao Cao, the second guy is his partner Chen Gong and the third is the
Bandit KingLiu Bei.
It's from the newest iteration of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, really good show.
How does anyone watch the whole show. Literally cannot watch anything past the deaths of Zhang Fei and Guan Yu.
Hey, can any if you post your system specs if you are able to run Attila well?
Just got it and it runs pretty poorly even though r2 ran on extreme and that makes me worried for warhammer. Need to know what to upgrade.
I have a 970
The more I think about it, the more East Asia total war set during the 1200s would seriously be a good title. There’s a lot of parallels that can be drawn to Rome 2’s factions.
Southern Song Dynasty = Macedon
Taking Sino/Chinese culture as the equivalent to the Hellenic/Greek culture.
Jurchen Jin Dynasty = Parthia
Cavalry dominant, but can eventually field decent infantry.
Mongols = Saka/Sauromatae/Scythia
Horse archer spam incarnate. Alternatively may also be seen as Rome because they’re the “winners"
Western Xia/Tanguts = Seleucids
While it’s a mishmash of Chinese and Tangut/Steppe culture, but more Chinese. Seleucids are an Eastern-Hellenic hybrid, but more Hellenic.
Western Liao/Kara Khitan = Pontus
Chinese and Steppe culture mishmash, but more Steppe. Pontus is an Eastern-Hellenic hybrid but more Eastern.
Tibet = Armenia
Mountain kingdom, some of the heaviest cavalry of the Far East second to the Jin Dynasty (Armenian vs Parthian Cataphracts) but limited.
Genpei Japan = Epirus/Illyrians/Odrysian Kingdom/Dacians
Epirus because some Chinese influence, Illyrians because of as wako pirates raiding the lands to their west, and Odrysian because of their obsession with 2-handed polearms such as the naginata, which is like the Thracians with their rhomphaia. Dacians because their yumi bows aren’t that bad, but not stellar. Same can be said of the Dacians’ horse archery and foot archers. Also falxes.
Goryeo Kingdom = Bosphorus
Located in the north, Chinese-influenced. Tends to get invaded by nomads to the north. The Chinese once said that the Koreans had the best foot archers.
Southeast Asians = Celtics and Germanics and Iberian barbars
They’re relatively lighter in equipment, utilize javelins and falcata-like swords, and lack siege equipment and navies.
Dai Viet = Massalia
Southeast Asian faction with Chinese cultural influence.
Dali Kingdom = Colchis
Chinese-like mountain faction, but generally fields light troops
She's married anon.
pic related, can you top that?
the "Max-Quality" setting is, but "Quality" should be doable, unless attila is worse optimized than rome 2 and actually runs worse? I just dont want to have problems with Warhammer and end up having to run it at medium or something. Total war games dont really scale well and lowering the settings makes them look like ass.
attila is literally on the same engine as r2 with the same effects and everything, literally everything the same
it's like BI was to the original rome, an expansion and nothing more
so how did they manage to fuck the optimization up
without a doubt, but the only time you're really going to run into it as a western is if you study China or play Dynasty Warriors - which is slowly turning all the non-descript males into fujobait. ROTK tv series are usually fairly historical comparably.
You probably are going to get fascism because your governments have disenfranchised most of their people tbqh. Either it'll be anti-nationalist neo-fascism under the current regimes, or actual fascism after the day of the rope. I thank God for being born in America, and other colonial peoples should have a similar perspective, that we ultimately have a culture of self-sufficiency and local government to fall back on when shit hits the fan.
I'm playing with the TROM mod, and their armies are decently divided between modern and traditional. I don't know what's going on, but melee charges by spears/swords is an almost insta-rout for the early rifle units.
I'd shit my pants if I saw these fuckers coming for me
Battle Bitches are all way overpowered tbqh familio, it kinda ruins things, I felt dirty after this siege but I needed it to take Rome. It's one thing to dirty a game with silly units for political reasons, it's another thing to completely fuck any balance in the same act.
A man who was originally a joke of a youtuber on /fit/, now he's a joke here because he did a Asturias campaign LP. He's a Swedish bodybuilder, nordicist, neo-pagan, and living meme.

He must be pretty shit m8, Asturias is easy-modo.
I'd have picked it up by now but I was put off by the scale of the map. Sounds petty but I'd have liked to at least have Turkey.
Pompey fucked up some gladiators and that's about as far as it goes in terms of open battle.
