if you ahve beast blood pellets - ensure you have as little insight as possible to give the biggest beasthood gauge. kill all his spider friends, then unequip your weapon and eat a pellet, hit rom with R2 attacks to rapidly fill the gauge up, then swap back when full and go to town. If you are at a normal level for rom with a decent weapon you will probably be able to knock off 2/3 to 3/4 of his hp, sometimes you output so much damage he can't even teleport. If he does teleport you usually have enough time to rush him, ignore the spiders and just keep wailing, you should be able to get the kill before he makes a move.

You only need to kill them all 3 times, the first time is easy since she doesn't attack, when she teleports the try to close as much distance. keep killing those spiders, she will teleport once more. Manage to kill them all again then GG, no more spiders to deal with and she won't teleport anymore.

Also, be cautious about summoning, since that doubles the amount of spiders that are summoned.. Just get bolt paper, a fast weapon and pick off those little spiders. It's long and tedious but very much worth it considering it only takes 2 little spiders to fuck you over.

Fire Saw Spear needs a single "Add Fire Attack" gem, which converts all of the physical damage to pure fire, then 2 "Arcane scaling UP" gems to boost the new fire damage to insane numbers.

I might be wrong about which fire gem you need, I've never made an arcane build.

So I wonder where in the world of Bloodborne the fishing hamlet is. We really don't get any info about places other than Yharnam and the immediate surrounding areas. Lately I've been screwing around with making an Arcane build for AYY LMAO.

And I've been wondering, what is the best weapon there is, for such low stats. I've been using a Saw Cleaver with Fire. A Saw Cleaver with Lightning. And an Arcane Cane. I mean, until you get the Tentacles.
Ignoring everything but the stats in pic related. What weapons should I be looking into for those extra few stat points -- bearing in mind they'd be for my Fire and Lightning damage. I figured I'd put 5 points into Skill, and get two Church Picks considering they do both Serrated, Holy and Piercing. Giving me all groups of damage. Serrated and Fire for beasts. Church weapon for other shit. Lightning and Piercing for Aliens. Plus it has an amazing move set, high stagger, and long distance.
Then that leaves me with two extra points I can put into endurance.

What do you guys think?

I decided to finally give a ARC shitter build a go, and as a true shitter should, I ground myself up to 50 ARC very early on. Fast forward a few encounters and I'm at Rom. I summoned the Mensis scholar to help distract the smaller spiders, then dropped in. I expected a bit of a fight, given the potential damage from the smaller spider versus my relatively frail character so I was a little concerned.

Then I pulled out my Flamesprayer and melted Rom in one burst.

No phase 2

No phase 3

Dead in ten seconds

The Bonfire didn't spawn
