Writefag again. Just for visibility, I'm reposting.
Gonna do (at least) weekly smut for /feg/
More details here: >>127366136
Vote here: http://strawpoll.me/6443486
First delivery probably Wednesday.
Here's something for you Orochifags out there.
Felicia is the cutest! Every second i spend with her is truly precious! I could never want for anything more! She is perfect in every single way to me! I would do anything for her! I love Felicia!
Please don't make promises, adapt a name/trip, or make big announcement type posts until you start regularly delivering. Too many write anons pull this shit and never deliver or quickly disappear.
In fact it would be better if you didn't do that. Stop posting about what you are 'going to do' and just post when you are finished instead of trying to generate hype for your shitty smut
Amazing. Now all we need is Effie naked in an apron
ATTN Yuugiribro: some kind drawfag finished your request; reposting in case you weren't in the last thread
although it wouldn't be that different
sheesh. see you Wednesday, assholes. I didn't even claim my shit was any good.
>implying smut is good writing anyways
As a user who frequents every Fire Emblem community that is not /feg/ I am very appalled, disgusted, and triggered by this. I don't care how shitty that luchador is he is FUCKING your daughter.
Got the Gamespot link here
>Another thing that makes Fates' whole adopted-family plot interesting is the fact that you can romance your adopted siblings.
The Path of Radiance run coming up next in AGDQ if you guys are interested
>194 dollars towards naming the OoA run as "Azura"
which one of you did this
>I know it sounds weird, but I think of it more as a Brady Bunch movie-situation than I do once-removed incest. It's also a realistic move: if you're not related to someone, of course there's a chance you'll be attracted to them if you spend long periods of time with them.
Makes sense 2 me
Anyone donating $20 to get into the SE raffle, or just donating in general for them to read it out?
>b-but they wont read 4chan shit!
Say "Effie G" desu
I mean that if you spend long periods of time with somebody you do eventually start liking them. Your brain associates it with security or something and that makes you attracted to them.
Stay mad Silascuck
Give me a new F-Zero, Metroid, Advance Wars, Golden Sun, or Custom Robo already!
So how many fates 'playthroughs' are going to be posted here in February?
>Look at me sucking at the game!
>Gasp! Look at this plot twist that literally everyone already knows I'm so shocked guise!!
>Look at me touching mai waifu!
>Look at me putting my waifu in silly classes!
>Look at me blowing on my waifu!
>Hee hee! Walking in on my waifu in the bath!
Anyone got a link to a transcipt of the Shigure/Soleil sibling support?
LP's are boring. Usually unfunny memers and boring guys. I'll watch a livesteam one of someone I know or someone from a general I visit doing one though.
Speedruns are interesting because it's a world record, pushing a game to its limits. Reviews and competitive gaming are nice too.
4 hours of healthy breathing Minecraft autism? Now that's what I don't get.
They're gonna start letting me use more than 8 or 9 people per battle in FE:A right?
Christ, I probably don't have half the characters in the game yet and I already feel like shit for pushing some to the side.
Addendum: Am I going to shoot myself in the foot for grinding the world map enemies to keep my whole team about the same level or should I just pick my elites and run with them?
I think there's no question that Mario and Luigi would be able to beat PoR by themselves if they were characters in the game.
But how much quicker would it be?
Phone posters can rig strawpolls easily. It's meaningless no matter what the result is. Just discuss what you want, like people always do. It's Fire Emblem related - there's zero argument against it. Report shit-stirrers.
i'm gonna discuss a stupid speedrun and there is nothing anyone can do about it
can't wait for ike to sit on his ass for a large portion of the game and then murder ashnard
I hate to break the news anon but less is more. You are shooting yourself in the foot for using more than Robin, Chrom, and a couple of other characters or children.
You don't want to spread exp. I know you can grind in awakening but still. Funnel the exp into actually useful units.
I mean it's more Fire Emblem related then #FE is
You didn't get every star in the game and run around the rim of the "L is real" fountain twenty times without falling once?
Be sure to donate at least $20 for a chance to win the Fire Emblem: Fates™ Special Edition.
>But what if I don't win!
You donated to charity and gave those suffering from cancer hope for a brighter tomorrow. You have already won.
There is no mechanical reason for a game like FE to be on consoles now that the handhelds can do 3D graphics.
No benefit to it when an FE game will have better sales on a handheld and be cheaper to develop too.
If you ask me it's all cancer DOHOHOHOHOHO
As a speedrunfag, this hurts
Fire Emblem is a fucking awful game for speedrunning
Treehouse is never wrong and the public continues to prove them right.
I'm a cute girl anon what are you talking about!
Anyone else here import/play #FE? I'd want to discuss it but I can't do so on /v/ since all the threads there just turn to shitposting.
It is actually pretty enjoyable. I'd recommend it.
It's really amazing, isn't it? I'm sure many of them will bitch about any game that's up, but for every one of them there's probably another person being sincere. FE's not even really high strategy, difficult, inaccessible, or whatever. Kind of makes me sad.
americans can pronounce names they said
they're not retarded they said
If you're being real, there's a reason they shove it into a timeslot this late. They need something to fill the time and scrape up some weeb bux, and this'll do both without taking up a time slot that actually matters.
If you're not being real, sorry for interrupting you.
>tfw like pokemon, zelda, and mario more than fire emblem
>everyone enjoys it when those 3 series are having speedruns but hates it when it's fire emblem being played
ayy fucking based
So, I feel like chapter objectives can be roughly sorted into 3 categories:
rout, defeat X units, defeat boss (mobile)
seize, arrive, escape (done poorly), defeat boss (stationary)
protect unit, defend throne/gate, survive, escape (done properly)
Lobster is best big bro.
Marx throws a fit and constantly tries to kill you when you don't choose Nohr, and even if you do, he threatens to turn the whole army against you.
Lobster tries to bring you home and only tries to kill you because he has no choice but to.
So, not a regular here. Can you still have her if you pick femui?
I'd rather be a girl than be with one, usually, but this is making the decision difficult for me.
Hey nerds. It looks like someone's gotten the translation DLC cia working on Gateway.
Either you can try contacting him yourself, or I'll post the results and add it to the Downloads Pastebin once he responds to Linkmstr.
SciresM has explained to us the reason for his absence, and
if I'm reading correctly, I'm kind of tired soit looks like we may have a workaround for the whole "wait for others to make DLC cias because we're fuckin' dumb" thing soonish.
I can't wait to recruit him. I'm doing Barrys/Draugs dungeon right now and I'm already past the part where he attacks your team, and he's a cool character.
I've never played this series. Which ones should I play and where to start? And which ones would I have to use an emulator for?
>How do I get a gamer gf? Preferably one that plays FE.
You're an idiot if you're looking for something so specific in a partner. Besides, it's better to introduce something you care about into something you like.
Start at 7. It has a longass tutorial in the beginning. From there play in order.
You should start with Fire Emblem 7 since it has a tutorial for beginners and was the first game released in the US
Well... shit. I haven't been male anything since Pokemon BW2. Gotta think on it.
This barely seems difficult to me, things only get hard when you need her to be
Probably the best place to start but like the others say the beginning is obnoxious. I'm not sure if there's a way to skip the Lyn tutorial chapters, maybe with an action replay code or a completed save file?
The difficulty is its main flaw imo, it's always either too easy or unbalanced. It has nothing as satisfying as Hector Hard mode in FE7.
Plays out like a mix between 7 and Awakening, it has a lot of features that Awakening borrowed like a world map and lots of extra fights between the main story chapters.
If you're curious about the NES/SNES games I'd go with one of the DS remakes.
Yes. They are trying to trigger you in specific.
Sure, the same way that all Tiltyufags are traditional Catholics.
>8 first (if you've played Awakening)
>7 first (if you haven't played Awakening)
>determine if you like the games after playing the first few chapters in your first game
Assuming you do enjoy the series, then you can do any of these in whatever order you want really:
>play the one you didn't play above next, then play 6
>play 9, then play 10
I recommend playing at least two games before jumping into these (in any order, once again):
>play 1, then 3
>play 4, then 5
I don't recommend 11.
Anyone know if series 4 and 5 for the new TCG have release dates yet?
I feel bad for them. Those fuckers missed the actual hype train.
>STRIKING DOWN YOUR OWN LITTLE SISTER
>AN ARCHER FOR THE FINAL BOSS
>IT WAS ME, GUNTHER ALL ALONG
>Those desperate attempts to find a way to save Crimson and Lilith
>HOW DO I UNLOCK AQUA'S NOHR COSTUME?
Wait I thought they just did Shadow Dragon for the TCG, Malicia got one too? What other cards are there?
Mystery of the Emblem cards are heretofore unreleased. Same with Radiant Dawn and Binding Blade, though they're planned for series 5.
Shhhh! Joker is sleeping after a long day of tending to his wife Femui. Please don't wake him up!
>Marx goes full on "REEEEEE KILL THEM! KILL THE SOLDIERS THEY SPARE!" after Hoshido Chapter 6 (though to his and Leon's credit, they DO try one last time to convince Kamui to come back if they fight then, saying they'll cover for them when reporting to king garon)
>on the flipside, during Nohr Ryouma keeps trying to negotiate for Kamui to be handed over or attempting to take them by force to where they rightfully belong until they claim to have killed Hinoka
Ryouma especially has reason to be salty, considering he witnessed Nohr/Garon execute his father, kidnap his nbr sibling, then when they reunite years later that nbr sibling is used as an unwitting allahu snackbar to kill hoshimama and begin an invasion
if anything, ryouma and hinoka should be reacting like takumi after mikoto dies and kamui willingly goes back to mordor
I like that they brought back Rescue and Shove in Fates, but the fact that they're skills on only certain units means I never actually have them equipped when I need them.
Once again, Fates' story is a hot mess that I'm surprised was made by professionals.
I just don't understand the Japanese. Story telling isn't fucking hard. They have literal mountains of literature and media they can ape for a coherent story and yet they still can't make one.
>the only unit that gets it without reclassing is Rinkah
I hope Wolf and Sedgar finally get cards.
It's kind of astonishing, really. They could've brought in any literature fan from Tokyo University, paid them 10,000 yen and asked them to proofread it. But no.
cf. the Star Wars prequels.
>… but right now… I want to mess you up.
What did he mean by this?
Someone needs to romanize these/translate these so we can do a /feg/ sings.
I just really really really really want to meet the person who pushed the "Mikoto powers a magic barrier that prevents Nohr from invading in any shape or form" idea through.
And beat him
Beat him so very fucking hard, while I have a translator translating my screams of rage at him
Which FE have you played the most and how many times?
I want to know if someone really plays these games a lot to actually try reclassing people as all sorts of shit. Mostly I ask because I'm realizing that there isn't really a whole lot of time anymore to play games a shit ton of times.
It's also a problem of "why would I keep Shove on this unit when they could have something that made them better at killing things", particularly if you're opening up the field to include the wide variety of skills you can buy. Unless this is a unit I never intend to see combat, why would I give them Shove over Pavgis or a Faire?
I've played FE7 so many times, I think the only characters I've never used seriously are Fiora and Wallace. I absolutely love seeing characters' new palettes on their promoted sprites.
>promoting Rebecca and seeing her sniper outfit for the first time
The chills, man.
Was about to do one, then I realized Google exists.
Not even a cuck per say, his bitch just had someone else in her head every time he fucked her. His salt was so tremendous he started a war over it.
Meanwhile the dude who conquered his bitch's heart came back cosplaying as Char, fucked everything up even in Lunatic mode, got Nyna's pussy wet one more time and then he went back to his wife on Valencia.
Moral of the story: Camus is fucking badass, Hardin didn't stood a chance.
Itsuki should have become a singer during the main game, he could have had a duo with Yashiro or something.
Those are just the lyrics to the short version. The ones I posted are the full lyrics to each song.
>Itsuki is eruerufu
Hmmmm. I knew he sounded familiar
If you're still early on then might as well. Later on you'll usually have lots of ways to deal with mages but -res overall is still pretty shitty anyway, Kamui's resistance is not that amazing to begin with and it fucks with your speed a little too. If you do reset then go -luck instead.
Cord somehow has 30% Mag as a Dark Mage, which is actually not bad for SD. It's more for shits and giggles, though.
>Fire Emblem's a B-list franchise now, we swear!
Fire Emblem just isn't very interesting for speedrunning. Even if you enjoy it, LTCs are still much better for this series.
It does have one advantage, in that you can have someone Rescue Aqua after she's Sung, then use the Transfer command, Switch, and then she can Sing for someone again. It's a pretty situational use, but pretty great at times.
The good thing of rescue was the tactical potential it had. You used it to move fast and swiftly, rescue seldom was used to rescue someone from danger. Now that it's only used for that, it's just situational at best.
So yeah, it's useless.
Got awakening a few days ago, as my first game. About ~14-15 hours into the game I found out there's a new one coming out. Any chance I can still pick up the special edition somewhere? Is it even worth it?
I'm not saying Rescue is better as it is now, but you can do nice things with pair up swap stuff. I'm guessing they didn't want to add the Canto part of it since it helped elevate mounted units even further above foot units.
It's sold out everywhere. It could maybe possibly restock closer to release perhaps but I wouldn't count on it. It's mainly for the convenience of having it on one cart since buying the routes separately comes out to the same price, so whether it's worth it is up to you.
Okay, boys. Do I download a current CIA of the translated Fates, or wait around for an actual NA version?
I don't LOVE Fire Emblem personally, so I feel like I can wait if the translated game is potentially inferior in any way to the official version.
You guys seem like decent individuals, please feed me your opinions
Yeah. Here's a shitty little image I made.
Grey already moved. Green rescues Grey, Grey is now the second unit in the Green/Grey pair-up. Blue can move to where Grey was, Transfer Grey over to be the second unit in the Blue/Grey pair-up, then Switch so it's now a Grey/Blue pair-up, and Blue can do whatever again.
Unfortunately it's kind of limited there, unless you have a second Rescue and two-three actions you're willing to waste for it.
Yeah, and same with Nohr if you're willing to use Silas there. Just by sacrificing his turn, you can throw Marx and someone else toward the enemies with Aqua's Sing boosts. Or, for when you need to get somewhere fast, it adds a tiny bit of range.
Fan translated game is has a pretty rigid, literal translation, while the localized version has the potential to have certain key story flaws fixed (a potential that many of us pray for, but do not trust to hope).
Thank you, anon. I will wait for now, then.
>Benoit befriending the furries
ya zoom zoom zoom
>tfw only need this to complete my Tharja collection
>impossible to fucking find
God damn it.
At least use another image once in a while if you have to spam Effie in every thread.
Maybe I will. I was able to snag one of these already. That other one is seriously the only thing left. Everything else is either unreleased(like the #FE Cipher cards that I'll need to get) or just general merch like the artbooks and such. I also want to get the Morgan version of that button but that's also impossible to find.
Super exclusive release. The one with the Cipher artwork was just released this past Comiket 89 a few days ago so there's a bunch up on auctions sites, but the other one and the Morgan one were released at the 25th anniversary event comiket booth much earlier in the year, and I wasn't able to buy one then, so now it's really hard to find.
Might as well ask now. How exactly do skill slots/management work in regular SMT or Persona games? Because in #FE, the way you learn skills is through forming different Carnages and leveling them up, and duplicates of the same skills lets you level up your current skill(like learning Zan in a new Carnage will promote your current one to Zan+1 and stay in the same slot) and that's all fine until you fill up all your skill slots. I may be reading it wrong but if you learn a new skill with full slots you either pass over the skill and don't learn it or you replace one of your current ones, but the unlearned ones can't be learned back, and you can't just remake or relevel the Carnage either form what I can see. It's like if in Awakening or Fates if you were to forget a skill you'd have to go back to the class to relearn it, but there doesn't even seem to be an option to do that.
Do the conquest/birthright games come with the 50% off code by default or was there a special bundle with it? I remember seeing it one such thing on amazon but can't remember which language it was.
In SMT/Persona, you get your demons by fusing existing ones together to create new ones. Each demon has a fixed set of default skills but they can also inherit skills from the demons used in the fusion. Demons also have a set of skills they learn as they level but they have a limited amount of skill slots (around 8 or so), so if the demon levels up and learns a skill but all its slots are full, they have to either replace one of their skills or just not learn the new skill at all.
Also in normal SMT/Persona, if a demon inherits a skill it would normally learn, then the demon doesn't learn anything at the level where they'd normally learn it. Same thing if demons used in fusion have a skill that the fused demon has by default (so basically in your example, Zan would not turn into Zan+1, nothing would happen). Sometimes demons will offer to change a skill they have when they level up, but what it changes to is random and you won't know what it will be beforehand.
I hope that wasn't too confusing. It's one of those things that sounds daunting at first but becomes second nature once you play around a bit.
Yeah, that's pretty much the same as this, it's just whenever you replace a skill you can't learn it back unless you craft a new Carnage that will learn it, which seems pretty bogus. I was looking around and saw that apparently after chapter 4 or something it lets you recraft old Carnages so you can grind skills more freely.
Nope. This game isn't even that hard or anything, it's all pretty straightforward, it's just that thing with the skills was bugging me.
That's a good one. Here's another if you need it. There's also the Amie models and her in-games models if you have any.
>Effie could have been the third Nohr titty monster
>could have been talking about Effie's Weffies
>could have been the case that all titty monsters have huge attack
>instead they gave them to shitty-ass Pieri
What a waste
So I think FE happened a long time ago in a galaxy far far away.
Fuck, Eirika serving up crits for days in my new run. Might do her route instead of Ephraim's.
What are some comfy Japanese cartoons to watch before bed?
Also I just realized I really want a Mitama daki. Hugging the comfiest waifu to sleep.
