One thing that kinda bugs me is if they were going to make a fusion sometime soon that was going to be either contact or regular fusion summonable, why was the first time it was used used for this card and not, say, Dinoster Powerful or Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon or something? Fun as fuck, barely bricks and the salt is epic.

Deck based on getting out a boss monster. Boss monster is nearly unbeatable with 4-mat, 6-mat locks your opponent. If it dies, you get back the materials.
Magnus alone makes the deck worth playing. Definitely worth a try

Nostalgia geared deck, Konami's attempt at making everyone's hope of making Blue-eyes a meta deck. Needs some more monsters and spells for support but it's doing well so far. Everything is generic so you can run anything you want so long as it's supported and still win games. Makes a good Rank 8 engine and synchro deck with level 1 tuners and Spirit Dragon floating. The new fusion isn't that bad either.
Worth a try, can brick with all the level 8s but Blue-eyes was always famous for the Trade-in draw engine wasn't it? Fun deck if you want to dick with Dragons and blondes.

The control deck of this generation. Summons big beaters each and every turn which have targeting and destruction immunity and can attack over anything less than 3500/3100. Also locks the extra deck so people who rely on Rank 4s and synchros are out of luck until they get rid of the spells and traps. Even then it's pointless since they get recycled into tribute fodder or shuffled back into the deck for re-use.
Also adds Vanity's Ruler and LaDD for extra hopelessness for your opponent.
Deck for sadomasochistic people,robs opponent of all hope of being able to fight back since you either keep them down or recycle the stuff they destroy immediately. bricks if you don't draw tribute fodder. Truly the accurate representation of tyranny in real life within Yugioh.

There's two things that define the deck in OCG, the empty monarchs list is defined by Dominion of the Monarchs which was an OCG exclusive, and the extra monarchs version which is defined by N'tss which is a Korean exclusive. The deck might still be good without them of course (and I don't think it's unlikely Dominion won't come in the deck as an import like Insight) but I dunno what it would look like exactly.

It was in OCG, but again it was an OCG exclusive along with the Vassals which means they're not really obligated to put it in the deck in TCG. They've taken out important pieces even when they weren't exclusives just for the jewings (Kristya) anyway. But they've also been very generous lately too with the Insight import in Master of Pendulum so who knows what they'll do it. I'm just saying that you shouldn't expecting Dominion to be there in TCG.

Also I've been dwelling on it all day and I know it's been commented on but the total antisynergy with Machine Duplication Deskbot Base has makes me want to punch someone. The problem is that it's a field spell. You actively and easily get rid of monsters on board. Your normal play sequences would involve getting rid of that 002 eventually. A field spell you have to go out of your way to blow up or get blown up. I guess the point was to wait and play it after you go off to add mpre damage nd then use the last effect to reset if you failed to kill.

However psychic path is amazing since it says UP TO two, pot of duality since you probably wont be ssing from your turn that much (can use only 2 copies instead of 3 since you are using 3 feel zone, and to avoid drawing multiple pots)
If you feel like your build is too passive you can put in something like Wind up Rabbit or wave motion cannon

Actually in game 2 he lost to mask of restrict alone while I poked him with the yellow bird and finished him off with number 47. In game 3 he opened double mst and erebus so it took more time to stall.

Also people are severely overestimating this deck. People on ygopro rarely use twin twister for whatever reason and in the first couple turns that card alone can shut down the deck. The deck doesn't ramp enough advantage quickly enough to deal with very special summon spammy decks like lightsworn or pepe. You can go plus 10 off of maxx "c" and still lose because you have no way of getting the cards in your hand to your field on your opponent's turn.
