Other than participate in the lesser fights, she just doesn't do much, which is a shame seeing as she spent the timeskip with the Revolutionaries and Dragon.

Getting there man, maybe also farm Alvida, her evolved form is really good and could be another addition to your STR team.
And her stage is incredibly easy to farm so you'll get her pretty fast compared to some of the later units.

Once that's covered you should be fine for a while. Just be sure to evo Usopp into Golden Pound and Nami into Mirage Tempo; so the evolutions that need crabs, basically. Once you've got a decent QCK team you can probably get your way through Arlong Park and nab yourself an Arlong, who is a great STR unit. From then on just keep doing story mode and fortnights and you should be golden. Just remember to save your gems for the next sugofest.

Okay friend here is how this works.

Sugofest is a limited time event where new units are introduced into the yolo pull pool. The introduced units and a few older units have rate up, meaning you get an increased chance to pull some of these units. Furthermore, it is ONLY during sugofest where the legend characters, 6* whitebeard, boa handcock, Sengoku, Strong World Shanks, Rayleigh, and Log Luffy become available to be pulled.

You cannot pull a 6* unit outside of sugofest. Therefore if you are going to pull, you should do it when you have the chance to get some of the very strongest units in the game.

Now this sugofest is a dex rate up. That means you are likely to pull DEX characters. There are some good dex characters, but there are already pretty damn strong f2p dex characters available so unless your dex team is total dogshit - you fed your zoro to sanij and your strongest dex unit is a green robber penguin, you don't really need dex units.

And the units being introduced this round are shit. So you get dex units you probably don't need, and the new units are shit. shit x shit = shit2. No legends currently available are dex, so you have shit2 x shit = shit3.

Do you want shit3? No.

Save your gems for raidbosses or SW2 (lolnever)

Your skill up rate acts like it's always a skill up event.
Your drop percentage acts like it's always a double drop rate.
Your skill up rate for ships is doubled.
You get to choose what color of turtles occurs every monday.
You get to choose any specific unit from Rarerecruit at the cost of 50 gems per specified pick, you may not use bought gems in this manner, only gems earned in game.
You don't need evolvers for any units, only max level requirement.
You get double the daily gems for one year.
you get 1 free continue per day for the rest of your life.

Because technically, all sugos are "good" because you can roll a 6* at all, even if everything else is shit.
But this isn't a good mentality, because Sugos are basically bi or tri weekly at this point, and pools with an objectively better pool of monsters overall beats out one like this, where many of the upped units are pretty meh.
Sugos are also relative to whatever you have, like the new-dude in this thread could probably benefit from a pull or two, so long as he doesn't get a story unit or trap RR unit.

Okay, here's a "Perfect" rainbow fighter team for just general usage. The character without an image is the new Lao-G in his unevolved form since his evolved form isn't up yet. One of every color, Two turns of orb boosting, you can use G orbs for the second turn with some manual orb control on turn one. It's not terrible, but it's not shooters, impact, slashers, Freedom, tough, knowledge, or tough.
All 7 other types are just better.
