queueing up for a ranked match without a team leads players into a screen that shows a list with every player online near to his skill bracket where they are included once they finish setting up a info card (language/playstyle/role)

I've been told by people that the quickest way to gain mmr and also improve is to spam the same pool of heroes and choose 2-3 heroes to master for each position, so for people who spam heroes for multiple games do they usually first pick them if they have to or pick something else if you're spamming slark for example so you don't gimp yourself?

Is it ok to first pick a carry in ranked every game as a spammer or do you still try to last pick or pick second to last and only pick the carry/mid you're spamming at that time?

I have the same plan as you and I'm going for Tidehunter or Undying or Abaddon offlane or Templar Assassin mid.

Tidehunter is pretty great now that there's that new jungle camp near the offlane. If you're Radiant or Dire you can stack that, then stack ancients.

I had about 28-30 minute Blink+Arcanes+Refresher, finished the game with that plus Pipe and Aghs even though we lost.
