I'm probably fueling the fire with my own post, but I'll take the risk if this clears things up.

Lico casually called Siz retarded, Cactii told Siz, so he took offense and brought it to the thread. One argument and callout later, Cactii left TiE. After the first 5 minutes he left, there was zero discussion regarding Towlot/Siz/whoever else in his group. Nothing has been mentioned in the Discord channel/gchat since. Cactii left because he didn't feel welcome anymore after people got angry at him for leaking guild chat on multiple occasions, and that was that. He thought it was okay to do so in defense of his friends, whereas people in the TiE valued privacy more. Whether you want to call this drama is up to your interpretation, but I don't think many people actually care.

Your damage as a lancer is pretty irrelevant with current class balance/content. I would recommend getting dread armor and boots to help your defense, and then saving money for when starfall is easier to get. Consider a lucid lance if you only PVE and are going to +15 your weapon, because of the change to awakening lucid and starfall PVE damage is very similar for lancers and brawlers. Lucid gauntlets are also fine for PVE.
