This deck is actually fun, thank you anon.
I think I might want to climb the ladder finally, is it actually worth it?
I agree. What a fucking broken card.
>spend money on alcohol, bitches and smokes
>still win against reno shitters
If it's as mindless as everyone says I'll probably still go for it just because I'm super lazy right now. Normally I just take decks like Reno silence lock or something and just go against my friends
The only aggro decks punished by reno got punished by those same control/stall decks anyway.
Reno only fucks mid-range and combo decks
So it's been confirmed that HS has a pity timer that increases the Legendary drop rate to 100% every 39 packs.
However it's also been found that it tracks the pack type separately so Arena randomizing your pack is in a way, reducing your chances at getting legendary cards.
“Ah you think roping is your ally? You merely adopted the rope. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the End Turn until I was already at 1000 armor, by then it was nothing to me but another fatigue game!”
>it's been confirmed
I have never bought 39 packs and this happened to me, I also bought 10 GvG packs and got Vol'jin and Iron Juggernaut.
It's the top post on the reddit.
HearthSim has been compiling data on pack opening events for a while and people have been sorting through the findings.
The findings just say that there's always a chance to get Legendary cards, but the percentage slowly ramps up based on the number of packs since your last Legendary. In all of the recorded events, there have been no cases of opening 40 packs of the same type on the same account in the same region without getting one Legendary.
You are full of shit, anon, I get legendaries every 10, 15 and 20 packs sometimes, it's just luck.
You are not disproving the point.
You got at least one legendary, which the numbers say happens.
You got several, which the numbers also work with.
All the numbers say are that the people who bitch about opening hundreds of packs and never getting a legendary are full of shit.
Sounds like you are on the less lucky end of the spectrum.
>tfw i used my monthly savings of gold to buy 15 classic and 10 gvg packs, mainly needing legendaries from both
>tfw i didn't get any
i guess i should have stuck to one card pack. fuck me
>people are actually surprised Blizzard fucks with pack rng
Retards I've been saying this since day 1. Watch, next they'll finally prove that paid packs have a higher dust-value payout.
This is the way you talk to people
This is the way you talk to appear like an immature child
>spend weeks opening packs and perfecting my gameplay and intuitive abilities
>finally get enough dust to make a meta deck
>get good starting hand
>opponent start playing good cards
>counters everything I do
>I play a legendary
>he plays a legendary
anybody else hate this shit? fuck blizzard
>mad as fuck
>call people names
You're an example for all the underage around here.
I dislike Jaina which is why I was more than happy to kick her.
Get some sleep, vacations almost over
Sorry for being a massive newfaggot redditor piece of shit. I'll never post my shitty cards ever again.
>he had one 2/3 argus and a 1/1 spider
>didnt bother going off curve instead of just booming, had 16 hp anyways
>double PO, abusive and tap into darkbomb
>newfags think posting screenshots is "proof" of anything
So I'm drunk and bored of grinding out the expansions. I'm gunna buy the rest of the wings I don't have and packs. Is it still best to buy classic packs? I'll post pics of any legos I get.
This guy >>127306917
Alright boys, first one up, take a guess.
How the fuck does he have the February cardback when the January one hasn't even been distributed yet
>tfw I bought 40
Never felt buyer's remorse this hard.
I have played the game for months and just wanted to open a legendary for once.
I got Acidmaw and Confessor Paletress.
Never paying for any of that shit again.
That would be pretty neat, actually.
Like a "rake" button under your portrait or something. Flips all your cards over like a mexican wave, so those that do the raking thing have an actual button to do it while getting to view the back.
So I have all meta legendaries is there any reason to craft tech Legos like Harrison or niche Legos like Malygos, Velens, Confessor Paletress. Or should I just keep saving dust for next expansion. Don't care about golden cards so won't craft that.
Honestly, the tech leggo's are relavant for the meta (as you know), so you should probably craft the one that's currently useful, then only bother when the meta shifts if you need to save.
The niche ones are where the fun decks are at, though.
>play 10 games with deathrattle rogue
>never once manage to get both feugen and stalagg in my first 20 cards
>come up against priest
>he entombs and draws my feugen next turn, while thoughstealing my stalagg for a thaddius turn 10
I swear to god this game fucks me in the ass because I am f2p
10 losses in a row with control warrior at rank 19
just fucking kill me
here is my decklist, why cant i win?
Blizz, I just want to play hippy ramp druid with Violet Teacher and Summoning Stone.
2nd brawl might be good gonna try it
not a whole lot of paladins, but im getting my shit absolutely smashed in by mech mage at the moment, some ridicolous rng has happened though like stealth spare part on dr boom
It is if you dare to stop the secret paladin rampage to legend. No one should be allowed to do that, we should all bow down to our secret paladin overlords.
J/k, you're doing god's work, I trust you in the task of gatekeeping the secret scum.
Post yfw Mysterious Challenger will finally get Warsong'd
>mfw I play Brann + Frostwolf in brawl after flooding the board with hero powers
eziest wins of my life
Classical control decks are in a bad spot right now
Minions are getting more efficient, so removal spells hardly ever trade 1 for 1
Minions are getting stronger, so weapons are way more dangerous to use
More efficient and powerful damage cards means if you waste a turn to drop a lategame card you'll just get rushed down and killed
The only version of control warrior that works right now is basically fatigue since you can't fit threats in and survive.
if you oponent knows it might be this card, he might not plat anything, and you might get like 5 coins, and especially late game this is bad because you cant hold more than 10 cards
or 9 i cant remember
maybe if its like "for every 2 mana that your oponent didnt use last turn, draw a card" but even then its iffy
thoughts on this draft/how far do u think it could go? i think its pretty good, f am
>tfw i just won a game against a guy with a korean name
>tfw i used to be deeply in love with starcraft and did okay in starcraft 2 when it came out
high mastersbut i knew i'd never be as good as the koreans because they are much faster than me
>tfw in this game i beat koreans because this game doesnt reward retarded multitasking ability and apm
i think this is my 7th arena run ever, im doing pretty well, f am
Midrange paladin if you want a fun and good deck, secret paladin if you want to be part of the cancer that's killing the game and become legend even if you're utterly shit at the game
got one, whats it gonna be?
But I play the midrange one. Which isn't cancer. :^)
ha! about time I got the chode
I didn't have him so I'll take him
I have a tournament next week and I can play this decks:
Renolock (Demon and thaddius version)
Handlock (Demon handlock too)
Zoolock (Demon zoolock too)
Freeze Mage (Reno version too)
I just need 3 decks to "train", what do you suggest?
in arena how much turns should you wait after playing shade of nax?
i just lost a game because i waited like 5 or 6 turns and he ended up not doing much
is coining shade of nax on turn 2 good?
also, how important is it to deal with paladin guys on the board in arena?
>he survived my first anyfin
>in arena how much turns should you wait after playing shade of nax?
Usually whenever a) you can get a good trade , preferably with your shade surviving but if it dies to a 4-5 drop it's fine as well, or b) whenever you really need the face damage and your opponent will have a hard time dealing with it (e.g. at 5/5 against a Paladin).
>is coining shade of nax on turn 2 good?
Sure, why not. If it suits your curve knock yourself out.
>How important is it to deal with paladin guys on the board in arena?
Incredibly important since they have a lot of buffs. Same goes for Priest.
Bo5, if you win with a deck you cannot use it for the next matches with the same opponent, I don't know the name of the format.
I have to choose 3 classes and one deck for each class
Sounds like conquest. In that case there's a lot less strategy involved than in other formats.
Right now Oil Rogue, Freeze Mage and Midranged Druid would be a good line up. Like another anon said Tempo Mage is good as well but since Freeze Mage is ridiculously strong right now you can only pick one of the two.
Is warlock to risky? I feel comfortable playing it, I was thinking Oil rogue, some kind of control warlock and midrange druid/freeze mage, but if mage and druid are a must i can cut warlock I guess
>mfw got blown the fuck out by a rank 17 druid playing double mark of the wild + ironbark protector with my aggro deck
That was a lot of taunt, kill me
Tier list of kind of players I can't stand and are perma beta faggots virgins:
Hunters (any decks), Mages (any decks)
Priest (entomb shit)
- Druid (any deck)
Dude what the fuck are you doing man tier
No fun allowed but okay
- Secret Paladin
- dragon Priest
Dude, that's actually pretty fun, let's play it
- Everything else
>play totem shaman vs warrior
>neptulon gives me murloc knight
>murloc knight proceeds to summon another murloc knight 3 times in a row
>i have no space for coldlight seer
>warrior plays deathwing and wipes my board
>i still win because i haven't played a single card in 4 turns
This is the most fun I've had in a while. My deck is a complete meme but damn if it doesn't have it's moments.
who is the easiest hero in arena for a downie such as myself?
is a general rule in arena to just fight for board control and go face only if u have lethal in a turn or 2 OR if its a inefficient trade
like a 6-7 ogre attacking into a 2-1
from my plays, ive had the most success with paladin and rogue, even though apparently mage is ranked the highest
On a scale of 0 to Jarraxus, how necessary is Mal'Ganis for renolock? I've got my golden epic reward and a Lore Walker Cho to dust but I don't want to craft Jarraxus just to play a still severely gimped deck if Mal'Ganis is a must.
>when you can't stop the memes
It's not good for trading and burst classes benefit the most from its stealth. Some decent cards never see play.
>rinse repeat for the next 20 games
>suddenly a rogue that plays shit cards and concedes on turn 4
>about half the cards are decent
>other half is okay-ish shit you'd never put in a real cancer deck
>enemy draws on curve
>get all the shitty cards on a bad curve
>can't play shit on some turns because I only draw shit
>didn't even see half the cards I put in the deck because the RNG was focused on drawing only trash
MUH 150 GOLD BEN
guys, make sure to choose paladin in arena
pretty good class
i barely won too, and on my 2nd win. im sure my opponent wasnt too pleased
make another account or 2
do quests on all accounts, you can spam quick games in casual
spend all your gold on arena, no exceptions
you now have a source of endless arena fun that's not pay to win
constructed is not only extremely difficult/much more complicated than arena but it rewards people who PAY MONEY or long time players
lack of in game good-goy-points shouldnt be a reason not to play arena
Arena is shit for the simple reason that it doesn't follow what a proper draft in magic follows. In magic, nobody gets fucked and you can win with full common/uncommon.
In Hearthstone, you see sponsored/pro players pull 3/6 runs very often because the game and even more so Arena are garbage.
This is my current list. Looks like I did already cut the second ethereal. I forgot I put effigy back in.
>Arena is shit for the simple reason that it doesn't follow what a proper draft in magic follows. In magic, nobody gets fucked and you can win with full common/uncommon.
first of all magic is trash and you should go play that trash game if you dont like hearth
>>Arena is shit for the simple reason that it doesn't follow what a proper draft
arena is more balanced than constructed because you cant pay money to win. everyone starts off the EXACT same and the only thing that differentiates you from others is rng and skill
>In Hearthstone, you see sponsored/pro players pull 3/6 runs very often because the game and even more so Arena are garbage.
>talented players win more than me because the game is garbage
have you ever considered that you are trash yourself and that pro players are just better than you?
and how is arena worse than constructed? in constructed first of all its MUCH MUCH more complicated than arena because there are a lot more possibilities than arena because arena is more board control focused, and constructed is not only more complicated but its pay-to-win
go back to magic you fucking sjw-tier-logic having retard. i BET you that you unironically browse reddit too
this game is skill-based XD
t. retard from this post >>127320510
I'm not reading any of that slab of text
Al-right guys, how would it be possible to fix this card? I was thinking give it stealth, but that might make it a bit too easy.
>make cute deck
>know it's inferior to secret paladin
>go to ladder
>talented players win more than me because the game is garbage
You misunderstood him.
He's saying that even talented players regularly have 3 win arenas (meaning BAD arena runs) because the game is garbage and doesn't reward skill.
>first of all magic is trash
MtG is superior to hearthstone in literally every single category, most importantly balance, it just suffers from one huge problem - there's no decent online client for it.
Hearthstone has the community and a good client with a good UI.
Hearthstone has a few similarities to magic, and can be played online for free, which is the reason I play it. If there was a free online magic game with the same quality I'd switch over in a heartbeat.
>enemy throws down ysera after dropping Dr. 7 before
>didn't get a single legendary in my draft
>didn't get a single removal in my draft
>I paid 150G for this
TL;DR: git gud.
It's funny because apparently as much as everyone here likes to complain, it's surprisingly difficult to create a card game of the same quality as HS.
Both duelyst and magic: origins exist and both are shit compared to HS so no one really plays them. Wizards literally tried to make an HS equivalent of MTG and failed horribly.
I wish the best thing would be if WotC and Blizz teamed up and took all the code that sets up the card interactions from MTGO and Blizz worked on all of the polish they're so good at. Just make a f2p MTGO with Blizzard-tier graphics, animations, and sounds, and it'd be perfect.
>Tales from rank 22
>He play a netdeck mill rogue
>beat him with a casi-basic deck because no card at all on NA servers
Ahahah, holy kek, how can one man be so bad at that game.
>blizz wants people to play arena more
>makes it cost 150G
>can't even pick what pack you want
>can't even pick from all classes
>distribution of legendaries is random
>distribution of spells is random
>only certain part is that you will lose money if you get fucked by RNG
Don't get me wrong - the Hearthstone Client is great and much superior to all the alternatives, but the game itself isn't. Cards like Imp-losion are basically a diceroll on winning or losing the game, the difference between rolling 2dmg+2imps or rolling 4dmg+4imps is just that high.
Maybe some people prefer it like this, but I don't like this hard-on Ben Brode has for huge RNG swings.
>"ur so retarded XDDD i dont need to say anything besides use ad hominems"
>"here's an example of a game that was decided by luck which means all games are decided by luck"
>"im not bad at this game, im just unlucky!"
>"magic is a better game so im just going to continue playing hearthstone while slandering it and praising a game that most people here havent even played"
well, atleast what you can do is pay blizzard a whole bunch of money, get a lot of good cards and follow some expensive deck guide, and then beat new players in casual while posting shit like "won 4 out of 5 games today, FeelsGoodMan =P"
>on the same arena run
>literally the game after this one
the first and second time i ever used this card. which means i have a 100% rate of getting tirion when i used grand crusader
i lost the game too and went 2-3 in my arena run
what a game
I find myself picking the bloodsail corsair from Peddler surprisingly often.
It's especially good against warriors, because sooner or later the warrior WILL sit on his second Death's Bite charge and denying him the ability to control when the whirlwind procs can ruin his patron wave or Grom he'd play next turn.
Tournament mode when
>Premade decks and custom decks mode
>12 man tournament
>Knock out matches
>Rewards range from dust to gold and packs depending on placement
Perfect way to help newer players get started while adding a new mode for experienced players
Blizzard is great at making good looking games that feel good to play but they are also known for shitting up their games because they have certain game design ideas that have to be enforced no matter the cost. They did the same to World of Warcraft, Diablo, and HotS.
It's Blizzard, they won't change anytime soon because they like to stick to their guns.
I had the hunter domination quest today.
Took my midrange hunter netdeck on casual.
5 games, 5 wins.
100% winrate. Ultra legend style, nubshit.
Fucking noobshit, when will they git gud like me.
I even faced a hunter with the same deck, we played the same card at the same time but I was so much smarter I raped his noobshit unskilled face. Me so skill, me so good, me horny for myself, smelling me fart, eating me cum, dancing for mirror, swigging muh dick on the ragga beat, fucking nub shit with tiny dongs, stop bluhming RNG for your small penis. Gib gud like me.
>tfw win priest mirror in double fatigue because you run Justicar and Elise and he's a dragon memer
>highest attack minion on opponents side wins brawl
People legitimately like the RNG because it allows for people who are behind to win in dire situations.
If you compare it to a game like chess, a newbie will never ever beat an expert. The expert just knows too much and the newbie doesn't know shit, and the person who knows more will win like 90%+ of the time. As such you don't really see chess getting streamed on twitch do you?
>3 priests in a row playing this fucking trump fatigue priest
>just a deck full of AoE and cards that shut down the game. They don't even need their auchenai/circle combo anymore, or combos in general. They just play double excavated/nova/lightbomb, deathlords and chows and velen's chosens, curator, shrink/cabal, entombs and a sw:d... and an elise.
I feel like they must get most of their wins from people just conceding because even if I could win I don't want to spend all fucking day on one game that I'll probably end up losing anyways because all they do is kill shit and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm getting to the point where I'm considering playing mill rogue, it's just that bad.
Be sure to rate and comment as well fampai
I will notice you, senpai.
twist: 3 rares, 1 epic, 1 legendary
Bestial Wrath, Alarm-O-Bot, Shadow Madness, The -1 Durability Pirate and Cenarios.
Season reset is always amusing. You see people play the weirdest decks at the shitter ranks.
I just had an aggro pally (full on aggro, not secrets) randomly play Sunwalker against me.
In general it seems like aggro galore. I guess that's just HS in a nutshell.
Speaking of which, what other card games do you guys play?
SHADOWPRIESTS IN WOW = GOOD, FUN AND SOMETIMES OP.
SHADOWPRIESTS IN HEARTHSTONE = A COMPLETE JOKE SINCE RELEASE.
WHY THEY DON'T CHANGE THIS SHIT. HOLY FUCK, THIS CARD IS SO BAD THAT MAKES ME FUCKING MAD.
WHY DON'T THEY ADD PURE DPS CARDS LIKE MIND FLAY. NO LETS ADD ENTOMB, A CARD THAT NO PRIEST E-V-E-R USED IN WOW. HOW DOES SUCH A GENERIC CARD EVEN MAKE INTO A WORLD OF WARCRAFT CARD GAME? JESUS CHRIST, STUPID DEVELOPERS.
FUCK YOU BEN BRODE, YOU FAT PIECE OF SHIT.
I've never played YGO but it always struck me as a game that went full retard with power creep. You keep hearing stories about how every new set breaks the game. It is owned by Konami though, so what would you expect
I'm trying a bit of Netrunner myself at the moment, seems fun
Konami don't fuck up 100% of their games. Their arcade games are on point.
I stopped playing YGO when they released the egypt gods, so forever ago. The game at this point was already becoming bullshit.
NOT ROLEPLAY YOU FAG, I HATE BEING STUCK WITH A SHITTY HEROPOWER AND POOR DEVELOPED CARDS. FUCKING SHADOWBOMBER, REALLY? HOLY SHIT.
IKR, I DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT WOW TODAY. I JUST WANTED SOME NICE CARDS THAT ACTUALLY RESEMBLES THE FUCKING ORIGINAL GAME.
>Renolocks, Control Priests, CW everywhere
>Aggro, Tempo and Midrange decks everywhere
Rogue is a lost cause, blizzard is pushing mill rogue as it's only salvation.
Post your meme beginning of the season decks you're working on.
Don't knock it till you've tried it. The double pain might look weird but it's extremely important both to the deck and in this format in general. Lots of important 3 or less attack minions worth killing, from jugglers and imp gangs to clerics and deathlords. Worst case scenario, most decks run at least belchers if nothing else. I found the hardest part with the deck was the early game, just the initial board set up, but if you could get that working the deck can snowball incredibly quickly. Big minions are never really a problem since they come after you've achieved board control, it's shit like mech decks with quick starts or clerics that draw a million cards behind a deathlord that you're more worried about imho. Mechs are mostly in there for enabling gorillabot and their stats, cards like annoy/cog/gnome just aren't good enough in a priest midrange deck, and entomb is vastly superior to sw:d. Vol'jin is both another threat as well as well as additional ysera/malygos/druid of the claw removal.
I don't think he's talking about mill rogue anon, no one really gives a shit about that deck and it's never played for the most part.
It's more shit like fatigue warrior and priest, and I agree with that. Trump made this exact list and was climbing with it yesterday, and it's the worst to play against. All they do is stall, heal, and kill shit for a million turns. Nothing really happens, but because they don't have to rely on auchenai/circle combo shit (because excavated evil is now a thing), they can easily deal with pretty much any board.
Even if you can beat them you don't want to deal with the bullshit of playing for so long and trying to play around every removal. Playing against it is the least fun I've ever had in a game, and I'm not even an aggro shitter, I'm a midrange/control shitter.
I got you
Lesser Heal (2) > Mind Spike (2)
Heal (4) > Mind Break (4)
Mind Break only happens if you use justicar before this, as she cannot upgrade modified hero powers.
-*silence because squelched*
Step your game up senpai.
So, Elise decks.
I've been trying a control warrior with plenty of early game to counter aggro and Elise as a late game finisher against control decks.
There is one huge problem with Elise as a win condition: there is zero guarantee to draw her early on, so using her as a win condition is very unreliable.
I know they won't do it, but HS needs some deck searching mechanisms to enable stuff like that. At the very least they could've made her a pirate so that a fringe use card, Captain's Parrot, would have SOME use in this game.
It just feels like every single decision they make with this game makes tempo decks stronger while killing off control and mid-range decks. Although I'm not entirely sure if that's a problem with card design or how the basic mechanics work in this game.
Here, have a retired one on the house kohai
>not watching kolento, senfglas, zetalot or tidesoftime
what would you change about this basic warlock deck? I'm pretty frequently let down by the river crocs and I guess I'd think about replacing them with another magi/watcher/ooze
How's everyone's climb going this season? I'm facing a lot of pic related today. Makes it hard to get out of rank 15 this early on in the month.
I guess it would be pretty hard to post all my cards
I have a bunch of neutral cards and a few more warlock cards:
Flame Imp, Demonfire, Demonfuse, Void Terror, Pit Lord, Summoning Portal, Voidcaller, Bane of Doom, Doomguard
Free Epic\1/4th of Dr. Balanced or something to keep?
Ladder reset is always so satisfying. The winstreaks really feel like you're climbing fast, unlike that BS at rank 5+.
I would put all of these in, and nerubian eggs since you have naxx. craft power overwhelmings too if you do not have them, they're only 40 dust each.
For what it's worth, this is the list Tides got top 10 NA with last season. I know that it's the easiest server but getting top 10 is still an accomplishment.
love the meta of this game
>no low drops on hand when the game starts
>mulligan all cards
>still no low drops
literally insta concede.
there's no good aoe removal or you're at 10hp by the time you can play it. fuck this nigger game
I'm rank 14. I usually play fun decks at this time since I'm not at a high enough rank for them to be utterly useless. I'll start the climb to 5 around the middle of the month.
>tfw it's the start of the season and you're at rank 18 after the reset, now facing a most likely new player who plays shit like Gurubashi Berserker against you while you respond with Sylvanas and Dr. Boom.
It feels like I'm bullying new players. I feel bad.
Is this dust senpai?
>Sword of Justice
>Beneath the Grounds
forgot pic, but kek this game guys
It's a huge problem with HS. The more you play this game, the more you realise how shallow it is. I know several people (including me), who played the game a lot, reached legend several times, and then once the initial charm is gone you realise how incredibly shallow HS is as a card game, and quit or consider quitting. I'm still hanging on primarily because I can't afford MTG, but even I'm looking at other card games.
Even several top streamers made comments on this. HS is a game where 80% of your wins can be attributed to simply playing a minion on curve every turn, and the remaining 20% can be attributed to RNG (portal, juggler, bane of doom, boom bot etc.)
That is not the issue here though... the issue is that Blizz have no intention of ever improving upon this; I mean, even putting aside gameplay mechanics and balance issues, we still don't have a lot of 10-minute fixes that would greatly improve quality of life, e.g. better stats screen, tournament mode, more than 9 deckslots etc.
It's frustrating how much potential this game has and how Blizz chooses to squander it.
Sword of Justice is a weird card that is sometimes used in aggro decks, but is most often far too slow.
Avenging Wrath occasionally gets tech'd in to deal with aggro/zoo but that has been less so lately.
Mind Games is shit in 80% of match-ups
Beneath the Grounds is only used in gimmick decks
Enhance-o Mechano occasionally shows up in flood decks
Grand Crusader sometimes shows up in Mage for esports
Kodorider shows up in gimmick decks.
Is playing Feugen without Stalagg ever acceptable?
I feel like 4/7 for 5 isn't that bad and Thaddius can be huge but just dies to BGH in most games or the second brother gets silenced so he doesn't even spawn.
On the other hand forcing a silence/BGH isn't something bad either. And if they don't have an answer it can just win the game.
Blizzard suffers from two issues when it comes to improving Hearthstone.
The first, and perhaps biggest is the game is coded like shit, creating all sorts of wonky interactions, just look at all the bugs related to other classes becoming Jaraxxus over the years.
The second, is the fact they bank so much of the game on the fact it's "simple" and "easy to understand" when most new players have loads of issues understanding certain mechanics and effects simply because of unclear wording and lack of consistency in the rules.
The third, and I suspect this plays near as big a role as the first, is they want to be Nintendo when it comes to updates/releases. They want to have a bunch of shit queued up, so that way they can get away with releasing shit piecemeal to make it look like they're constantly working on the next big update.
All these factors work together to make an environment where improving on the game in big ways is counter-intuitive.
I was actually considering 5 drops for a Reno deck and Belcher + Loatheb are already in it.
Most warlock 5 drops don't seem too great. I don't thing Doomguard is something you want to play on curve, so I was considering Feugen.
The old Renolock runs Stalagg/Fuegen for that reason.
The newer ones run a few more aggro/demon cards to keep up with the meta, sometimes including Doomguard + Voidcaller.
IIRC Trump's even runs two Voidcaller.
desu blizz has been doing this for years, they're like a defunct company. their dev cycles are so long that new problems arise by the time they fixed what people asked first. WoW had this, D3 has this and HS too where it takes literally thousands of threads and somebody writing his doctorate work on it before blizzard fixes a problem - problems that seem hotfix-able or at least fixable within a week or two (or like it was in WoW, just a change of numbers).
yet, they refuse to listen and people get more and more upset while blizz is being all like "oh yeah we get it now - you want us to solve problem x? great, because we fixed problem y instead which will allow us to solve problem x easier in the future!". cue shit not working, the whole branch of bugfixes towards problem x disappearing and nobody ever talking about it again while problem x is still alive and well.
how blizzard is still in business I will never know
this is after he BGH'd the other thaddius that came out
I'm a redditor,what's the problem?
