I'm having an annoying problem anons. I recently got a new PC so I had to transfer over all my stuff and obviously re-do settings and reinstall programs and shit, which was annoying. Now I can't get the RPG Maker 2000 RTP installed for some reason. Yes I've set my locale to Japanese, have AppLocale too - problem is I can't even get the installer to launch. I downloaded the extractor, and it runs as normal, but the first time I hit OK, windows immediately prompted me that it had been installed 'incorrectly' and asked if I wanted to reinstall, and without thinking I clicked yes. Nothing happened.

Now, it won't launch the installer no matter what I do, and I can't find any sign of it already being installed (not that I know how it would have been). No files in search, no installed program, nothing. Hitting OK on the extractor application makes absolutely nothing happen. Anyone know how to fix this? I need my Japanese porn games already. I had zero problem with this on my old PC (both running Win7) and every google result I can find is about actual problems in the installer itself, not getting it to launch.

The Ice level demo is not even worth it.
All it has is the stage, missing sprites and some platforming. The enemies have no H-animation at all.. So you get used to villain, then when you first hear the term antagonist, you're like "ok, so the villain, pretty much?", and if you're never specifically taught the difference you can go most of your life without encountering a situation where using the wrong term even gets noticed by anybody.
