The systems is probably the only difficult one to get. Farming the rest of him is easy enough on t4 interception if you have access to a group with a blinding Mirage and an EV Trinity.

So to those people either stealth farming or farming on Draco, why not both?
In an organized team you could get an Ivara putting every enemy to sleep and get your stealth chain going, with the huge number of spawns and Eximus you'd definitely get more quicker than running around in deception. When you need new enemies you just need to wait a few seconds for spawns.
