If they know what they'll doing then they'll raise her cooldown or cap it at something slightly lower. Then again, most bosses insta-kill or nuke you at 20%, so unless you can somehow survive that specific hit, you're either done or fucked. Most of the newer raid bosses do that with a status shield, so it's tougher.
She's still fucking crazy though. Max stats will probably be really low to compensate or something.

Got 10 Doffy dupes with maybe 5 gems and that's enough for now. Lost 180 stamina because of stupid shit. When I had just woken up and tried 60 stam the first time I lost in the first round. Once I lost on 3rd and once I killed purple fodder on stage 4 too early and my GPU wasn't up in time.
Double G3 with max/max Jozu and GPU. Mihawk CD 20. Smoothish sailing.

Are missions bugged in JP? I'm trying to do the one for the red dragon at alvidas. I've done a full board of red orbs 3 different times on stage 1, and I still haven't completed it. I even waited 5 minutes before clearing the orbs to see if it would help, but it didnt.

There's fortnight Kaku and Lucci, which can be farmed on their fortnight (easily) or at Water 7 when they're still in disguise (at horrid rates). Then they have their separate CP9 suit outfits that drop at the very end of Water 7 and individually at Enies Lobby. When Enies Lobby comes, the cp9 units get a new split evo like Croc. Then there's also the RR exclusive batch, which are easily the best versions of most.

A unit can oly have 200 pieces of candy, but a max of 100 per type so the best you could do was lower his rcv to -800. Instead you could give him an extra 100 hp and attack, but honestly I wouldn't put any candy into him since he's perfect as is when maxrd

Well considering the amount of time it takes to get a worthwhile amount of candies in the end it doesn't matter too much.

However form what I understand as a rule of thumb, HP candies should go into HP boosting captains such as Zoro/Vista and ideally Doflamingo due to the synergy with the Coffin Boat.

Attack should just go into your nukes, ie you could have a 1700 atk Doflamingo or Monster Chopper.

And RCV is pretty much useless outside of specific captains like Boa/Raid Enel.

Sorry for the late reply, but what you should do is continue to farm Perona and croc until you get a copy of each of them, while collecting skillbooks and turtles for leveling up
Skillbooks provide 5k xp to anyone so if you don't have the unit, use it for experience.
The Str character you should focus on leveling is Luffy there once you evolve him
The Qck character you should focus on is Crocodile once he drops.
For Dex focus on evolving then leveling Zoro, and smoker is a great unit too until you evolve zoro.
Psy, level up your legendary Shanks. You don't need to evolve him until you're around P Level 100 is my advice due to crew cost, and that's still on the low side by a little. You still want him at lvl 70 for damage.
Finally all of your Int units are great, but I'd focus on leveling Vista first since he's the second strongest Int Slasher on global, behind crocodile. Plus he'll be your Int captain for a while.

Always prioritize units you're using actively over units with potential in the future TO AN EXTENT. Once your units are around max evolution lvl 50 start looking at your reserves.

Skillbooks and characters with the same skill have a 1/10 chance to level up the skill, 1/5 during an event so save them for events.
Candies, use them on units you'll use a lot. I'd say Zoro, Vista and Shanks are the main units you'll want to put candies on.
HP and Atk that is. Save your Rcv candies. If you need space, feed them to a seahorse or a baby turtle or something. When you feed a unit with cotton candies to another unit, they transfer over. You'll want to give RCV cotton candies to Raid Boss Enel when he finally gets here. Or Hancock if you pull her, but Enel is a certainty one day.

A max killer does 53k with a neutral orb miss on Kumacy. Same goes for MC/Arlong on Perona. So that's easy hit farming on the bosses.

You can build killers ability on a turtle. Just time it so that you break off the attack so you don't hit a good and only do 1 DMG. Then after 3 off those get your hard hitter and smash for 50k+
