Casual has a x4 multiplier so it's generally the fastest.
Although Valve are being fucks so if you play too much casual or any other gamemode you'll get a reduced exp bonus.

What's the best way to get good at this game? I can kill hard bots (lol bots!!!) with relative ease, but when I play norms, I get shit on by kids who shoot me from places I can't even see.
