It really would. That map doesn't just click into place in Afghanistan. It wasn't cut out. It was never there. If they wanted to remove it because they wanted it to be in MGO, they would have removed the Oilfield, and forest and village in Africa too.
That journalist also would have said the mission was cut once they played the final game.

If I was a journalist who saw this area, and wanted to pick a word to describe it quickly, the word I would pick without much thought, would be "dam".
The rest of their description of the mission matches up perfectly with Mission 6 too, searching for a Mujaheddin hideout holding a weapon, there's only one mission that's like that, and I don't doubt it's a coincidence that mission also features a dam-like area.

Put simply, grouping is a weapon's ability to hit the same spot twice, or rather how close the rounds come to the same spot. In this game, the bullet always flies perfectly where the gun is pointing, so we can cut that out of the equation. This leaves nothing but the distance between rounds fired at a particular target. The tighter the grouping the tighter the spray.
Auto aim correction is the distance in which you snap to enemies.

It's a retaliatory strike from Kill Count. No Alert contacted us to fuck their shit up last week. Kill Count is actually a front for cypher, which makes sense because their ruthless tactics are said to have been adding an uncontrolled fuel to the fires of global war while filling their own pockets. Poor No Alert contacted us again to scuttle their base so Kill Count gets nothing before inevitably assaulting and driving them out of business like they've done to do many others in the past. They unleashed the biological contamination that the skulls introduce to nearby people and wiped out everyone on the base. With there only being one cure ( interrogation by Ocelot, and becoming a Dimond Dog ), their only hope is total cleansing of the premises.
