THE PAWNS ARE F I X E D
>Rest at an inn
>Get notification that my pawn has returned
Looks like we don't get all the items sent, but we do get all the cash. Post your pawns, lads.
>Steam confirms no one was getting items
>I wasted thee gold eggs on a Pawn yesterday
But they actually were broken, they could be rented but you wouldn't get any riftbux or gifts
At least I'm not getting cucked behind my back
Yeah, as bitchy as that might sound it's very, very true.
Now that it's on PC, people know their stuff and if you have another copypasta boring pawn with Guardian and Scavanger nobody will want your pawn.
It was broke, but having a shit pawn is a real problem.
I know that feel.
>some random giving me 97k RC
Come on, it's a new character after starting over, level 16, what did you even kill
Seems like that hasn't been fixed either, I have 0 hires but I know that a few friends used my pawn atleast. Maybe it'll work after this hotfix?
>play leaked up until Final Fight
>start hard mode, and roll in XP and money
>game is still a breeze
>he instakills me with virtually every attack
I'm doing Dark Arisen content right now since I'm hoping the new weapons and armor are going to help me.
It looks like it's a mixed bag of whether people get rewards anyway. People thought they were getting all the stats, riftbucks and gifts since the start but apparently not.
You upgrade dragonforged equipment in BBI with those.
Gifts are working, I've gotten a few. Keep in mind it's not required to give a gift, but the item menu showing them will still pop up even if you have nothing.
Speaking of pawns, how fucking hard is it to do five fucking minutes of research to fix your fucking scather/pioneer sorcerer pawn that has a DF BBI weapon. Trying to find good pawns stresses me out more than anything in the actual game.
RC shop in the Encampment, identifying BBI stuff, upgrading gear past DF.
IT WORKS ON HIM
I got him down to about 15% hp or so, then he instakilled me with a firebreath. It takes so long to kill him.
Do I have to aim at the heart or any part of his body, and how much does it cost?
>tfw have had a single pawn actually survive well enough to get sent home in 50 levels
I get quite attached to the pawns I get so they stay for a long time and the main reason they leave me is legitimately being knocked off cliffs.
Am I just not getting the fix or what? My pawn isn't a shitty Guardian, he's not wearing any DLC trash, and nobody can tell how ugly he is under his helmet anyways.
Maybe my pawn is shit. Or maybe he's too underleveled for all the neckbears to hire him since I haven't had much time to play.
>mfw I forged the letter about the knight's betrayal and got the reward for the quest twice
Hoping for a patch soon. My performance isn't what it should be, and looking on the steam forums, I'm not completely alone. Even with low settings I can't keep a solid 60 fps in towns and busier areas.
30 fps isn't exactly killing me but it hurts.
Bolide/Gicel are a safe bet, because Sorc mains will always be looking for those to sync. Last 4 are more preference, though people usually like Holy Affinity if they're doing Ur runs.
As far as inclinations go, if you want to put a weapon enchant on do challenger/utilitarian/scather, and if you don't want an enchant do utilitarian/challenger/scather.
That shit's broken, somehow. I had a bunch of unfamiliar foes playing offline at the start. It seems like it's just randomly adding BBI monsters into the bestiary for no reason.
>do the Everfall quest
>Lost and Found fails
>no way to reload before this
I thought oh well, thats slightly annoying. But I checked on the net and the quest is one of the ones you pretty much should do.
Fuck this game, I've lost all will to continue.
Need ideas for pawn design.
I always make a wizened old bearded veteran with grey beard and hair as my main character usually but I wanted to sex my game up.
What kind of pawn should I have /v/?
>yfw this game has the leatherhead outfit
Gonna put in some protips for getting your pawn hired:
>DON'T JUST GO WAIFU UNLESS YOU KNOW YOUR SHIT. GENERIC PRETTY PAWN WON'T GET HIRED UNLESS SHE HAS BEST GEAR
>Give them good gear, but make sure it looks cool. People will often go for the coolest looking and overlook a few mismatched bits of gear
>Don't give them the fucking sets. Just don't give them the fucking sets of armour you boring fuck
>Lolipawns a shit, shotapawns are worse
So i want to make a mystic knight is it a good idea to get to lvl 50 on a sorc before switching for another 50 levels as an assassin and then just do nothing but mystic knight, since i heard after level 100 it doesn't really matter anymore?
Do you mean magic growth or magic damage? They both are OP as shit. Mystic Knight is OP all around and has a magical answer to everything due to access to any enchant and OP balls of ass rape but takes set up time. MA is OP as fuck in closed spaces because of ricochet but not as OP in open areas.
Tempted to restart if Pawns are fixed now.
>Old wizard and the bratty urchin he took in
Being a mage got boring so now they're just both swordsmen
The pre-made pawns are awful, but it's not like 90% of player pawns aren't trash. If you're playing for the first time, and don't really know what to look for, it's gonna make no difference to you either way.
Min-maxing is fucking pointless in this game. The benefits from doing so are not significant enough to warrant not playing whatever class you like throughout the game. Min-maxing as anti-fun.
I just mean fun magic. The standing around hitting floating orbs thing isn't doing it for me with the Mystic Knight so far, but I don't want to bail out when I'm only 5 levels into the vocation if it gets more interesting later in the vocation. I don't like having to pull myself out of a fight to use the magic, essentially.
>tfw my level 52 pawn didn't bring single item or crystal when i just slept at inn
>fall in love with Ensnare
>change class to Assassin
>can't use Ensnare anymore
I almost want to just change back since I'm having less fun now. When does Assassin get more fun to play? Is the Parrying skill worth it?
>tfw still no notification after resting at the inn
Cool, so I wont hamper my enjoyment?
I've been waiting so long to play this game that I didn't want to ruin any of the experience.
But I bought it, then bnought dark Arisen then before I had time to play it the PC version got announced. And finally now I have time to play video games again in my life.
Can't you preview pawn skills in the Rift? Unless you only hire wanderers.
>Fighting the Black Chimera Chimera just before
>two health bars down, fight is going fine
>Mage pawn kills it from 60% hp with one spell
>Same pawn takes off about 4 health bars away from Grigori without any issue
Makes me wonder if I'm doing something wrong as an assassin when I need to do a lot of chopping to get to do the same thing the mage does in one spell
Oh what a brilliant cutie! I needed an archer anyway. What's her name?
Ripostes and enchanted weapons do fine except for flying enemies. Riposte with the right element does a lot of damage and you're effectively immortal with good timing. Enchanted weapons + Abysmal Anguish is the strongest sustained melee DPS in the game. You are forced to use the balls if you want to hit flying targets though unless you just wait for them to attack and riposte them.
Wait a moment, went to Gran Soren to sleep at pawn guild and got 17k crystals just from one person. Didn't get anything when I tried sleeping at BBI. I'm glad someone used my fighter pawn that long.
>manual fuck off button
Ah, right, forgot about that part. Kind of wish they just walked more slowly across the Rift and you just had to lock in the interesting ones.
Sure, why not, but chances are since you're likely playing a guts she's going to have some kind of retarded inclination set up like Scather/Challenger or some shit.
Scather/Challenger, really gotta find some new headgear really hating what she currently has
>Level 46 with only R5 vocation
>Probably haven't locked your inclinations
>208 physical defense
Wouldn't even consider hiring to feed to the brine.
Enemies drop RC crystals, and it's plentiful in BBI. Or you can just use CE.
>friend tries to rent my pawn
>says its corrupted
Just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean they're pushing a meme. This is just your way of copping out of a logical argument. Why don't you think for yourself instead of reciting things you see on /v/?
Online pawns (when searched for correctly) are 5x better than offline pawns.
>have pasta to convert my pirate saves to regular saves
>decide to finally give up my no steam policy for the best game ever made
>put my pirate files into steam folder
>can't make steam realize I already have the game installed
and that's when I asked for a refund
Good luck m8
most people want to kill themselves 1/3 of the way in
Guys, what are good inclinations for fighter pawn that is supposed to protect my sorcerer? I was going for Challenger/Scather, but isn't that just focusing on killing shit and not protecting?
It's okay, I guess. I mean it's still heaps of fun to explore and shit, but your companions are terribad and pawns are a huge part of not only the story, but also the community. You get free gear and riftbucks from them if you make a good one, and the best pawns are player made.
Just got to level 15 or 16 as a fighter. Can't remember vocation level but it's all I've been. I have both augments I can get at the moment. How long do I wait to hybrid or advance vocation?
>Travel to location before accepting quest
The only 3 inclinations to choose from for fighters are challenger, mitigator, and scather.
Challenger = attack rangers/mages
Mitigator = kill all the trash that is swarming you first
Scather = attack strong shit first
>it's ok I guess
>Summon Scather sorc
>Attempts to climb the monster and attack it's weak points for massive damage
>Gets shrek'd immediately
>Can't spell synch for shit
No thanks, unless your sorcerer is a Utilitarian/Mitigator they're shit.
hopefully when I have time to play this game I can make my pawn
>tfw your main pawn has quest experience in a quest you haven't completed yet
>"The temple's this way, master!"
>"The lever's over here!"
Well, at least she's being hired.
If you've played anywhere past gran soren you have enough gold to literally buy a new set of everything, play a class for a few levels, buy their skills and do it again when you feel like it's not your thing.
Just play each an hour or two and try them out.
Only one wrong is "of course."
If you love big open world action RPGs you'll like it with or without. If you think big open world action RPGs are okay but need something more to keep you engaged, you need pawns.
I haven't gotten around to the outpost to get glasses for him, but my pawn is gaben.
>I've imported from the review copy.
Not sure, on that one. But probably if the process in the same. Just changing the header right? I just know a friend who imported from PS3 and when I tried to rent his pawn it was corrupt.
>Pawn I brought into the witchwood knew where to go
>post yfw people will be confused whilst fighting Metal Golems for the first time
Any recommendations on where to put my first port crystal?
even if they're a mage they do get some damage spells, you can't just slot all buffs and heals
mages make the game easy mode however. Try doing an escort quest with just yourself and your main pawn with neither of you being a mage. That'll give even those faggots screaming the game is too easy a run for their money.
Healing spring, bring lots of empty flasks too
>People inadvertently making their Arisen marry Valmiro
Are those the things with the big glowing dots on their bodies? Not sure how anyone could possibly not figure that out. It's just a step short of drawing a big red target on them.
But I'm playing SoTC style so climb & stab has been my approach to the whole game so far. Might have come more naturally to me.
Played 25 levels as fighter, had a very brief stay as a mage when I thought I could just "quickly" go ahead and level the vocation for augments.
Then switched to Mystic Knight which is the class I wanna use but I feel my magick is piss poor. Should I use a Sword instead of a Mace? I guess I won't actually auto attack that much anyways and they almost always seem to give you more magick rather than strength.
So I was thinking about getting this version too.
Did they fix the issue where the final boss dies in one hit no matter how strong or weak you might be? It really turned me off when during my NG+ run I fought myself only to kill him (me) in one hit.
>when I thought I could just "quickly" go ahead and level the vocation for augments.
fastest way to level up vocations is to fight a lot of small enemies. Goblins, rats, boars, deer.
I remembered the guard shit in Gran Soren later on so I'm probably going to do that at some point. But I feel much weaker as a MK than what I remember being from playing the console version.
Sure? They're big and they make a "clink" noise when you hit them. They also have glowing neon parts and shoot lazers. Guess I haven't come across what you're talking about which is why I asked.
Looks better now she has some better clothes, hats are all ugly though
>get to the necromancer/undead wyrm fight in Bitterblack
>mfw 1000 tornadoes
I was picking a new hire today and I must have cycled through thirty warrior/fighter pawns with scather primary and mitigator/challenger secondary.
Do people actually prefer scather on their pawns? Personally I prefer mitigator all the way so they can handle the baby shit while I tackle the big stuff.
I wonder if he looks like the guy i intended
The beard should have been grayer
Who's he /v/ ?
Never, unless you're autistic. Your gear will easily carry you if you keep it up to date. Low vocation ranks are a bitch though if you switch midgame and don't want to grind that out.
>Lolipawns a shit
>16 'unknown enemies' skill in my lolimage's history
>she's only level 15
I've still haven't gotten any ratings or RCs by lvl23 despite giving her Sinew, overgearing her with Soulflayer Canyon goodies, and exposing dat midriff.
Here's my first attempt at Dark Elf, plz r8/give tips
The healing spring between the Shadow Fort and Bloodwater Beach. You get spring water, it puts you close to both of those locations for escort quests, and it's surrounded by goblins for easy DP when you warp in.
Perhaps we shall finally finish the cycle of eternal pawn bug in 12-24 hours
yet another wasted day of not playing reeeeee
I've been fucking around doing side shit out the asshole. I'm level 45 now, and still only have access to the shitty first Longbow available. Where can I go to find a better long bow? I wanna get some decent ranger action goin' on.
Not that guy, but why wouldn't you want your pawns to clean up the trash mobs so you can all focus entirely on whatever the current flavor of big monster is? Serious question, not a rhetorical "my opinion is better than yours".
They're not effective in using their charged abilities (biggest damage) and consequentky do hardly anything. They also usually don't hit weak spots of big monsters. Warrior pawns are best to clear the weaker enemies. With their reach it's easy to clear them out fast
I want to play Mystic Knight, going to start as a fighter until like level 40 and then switch to sorc for another 40. Would I be gimping my pawn by making them be fighters too alongside me, and then switching to full-time sorcerer?
>find a ogre for the first time
>dont know shit about it
>one of the hired pawns say something like" it gets enraged at the sight of women"
>party is all female
I have a mage pawn, which skills are useful on him ? Which skills should i put as secondary, which as primary ? I have
>a single ranged unit or flying unit
>warrior rendered utterly useless since he has no range attack
Mitigator is an absolutely shit inclination for a warrior pawn and you should feel bad.
That is Challenger, so you already dont know what you're talking about. Mitigator is to focus weaker enemies, which is what warriors excel at. Any combination of utalitarian/challenger is good for secondary/tertiary inclinations.
>your pawn didn't get hired
Not sure if I picked good skills because I've only been a fighter in the tutorial. Also, I guess it was a fucking waste to actually give decent items to the pawns I hired.
Thats not what mitigator does. He goes after the weakest units which means before he focuses on the boss, he will try to kill all the other NPCs in the area including 1. Ranged units he cant get to and 2. flying units he cant hit
You should only take mitigator on ranged characters, since they can kill weak enemies quickly.
See above, Challenger does the exact same thing.
Are you fucking stupid? Migitator will maken them focus all the small annoying mobs, giving you the time and space to kill the big ones together with assassin/strider pawns that DO have scather inclination.
Stop giving shit advice, dear god.
>Mitigator is to focus weaker enemies, which is what warriors excel at
>you should put your slow, high damage pawns against the weakest enemies so they waste forever chasing them
Yeah na, rangers/assassins/anything with a bow make infinitely better mitigators.
nigger, there was a formula sheet floating around before release.
>you were alive to play this scene in 60 fps full HD
Some dreams do come true
>in the majority of scenarios mitigator will make them chase down the closest unit.
>Thats not what mitigator does.
Yes that is what mitigator does because in the majority of scenarios the closest unit is a ground trash mob to be cleared.
Are you? Mitigator pawns try to kill all weaker enemies before focusing on the boss. That includes everything they cant reach or even attack in the first place.
I honestly dont understand how you cant realize that having a ranged pawn with mitigator is infinitely better, they can kill weak enemies faster than any warrior.
>you already ruined all the story quests for yourself.
I've already beaten the game a few times over on PS3, I just don't remember where to find a good long bow short of trecking into BBI and using a moonbeam gem on one. Just trecking around murdering shit is all the fun I want out of the PC version.
i actually followed that one, it's just that hair colour that screwed it up. I picked something grayish but in game it doesn't seem to be gray at all.
I wonder if you can change the hair colour at the barber
>>in the majority of scenarios mitigator will make them chase down the closest unit.
Thats not what mitigator means, it means weakest unit
Please actually learn the inclination before you post
Any tips for Hard mode fresh new game? I played the game extensively on PS3 last year, but found new game plus hard mode a breeze thanks to how overpowered my Arisen was from the previous game on normal. On Hard mode with a fresh character basically everything one shots you, at least at the start. I'm not sure what to do, play on Normal or Hard.
Because they have big ass weapons that clear entire areas with 3 swings. As I said, they can't use charged skills correctly rendering their damage useless. They need to rely on auto attacks and stuff liken coron/exodus, which again work best against multiple weaker enemies.
They SHOULD be able to deal massive damage to bosses, but Warrior pawns aren't properly designed, so they won't
>As I said, they can't use charged skills correctly rendering their damage useless.
Literally never seen that happen and iv been rolling with literally nothing but scather warriors, they all use their charge attacks just fine. Sounds like you are trying to save face.
You're an idiot. In the majority of scenarios the next weakest unit will be another trash mob ten feet away, AKA the next closest mob. I understand the inclination just fine, you need to learn what the words "majority" and "scenario" mean.
I'd replace ice affinity with either fire or holy myself, but that's mostly preference. You could replace Silencium with nearly anything else, unless your mage is actually getting close enough to spell casters to silence them. I'd strongly recommend Comestion over Ingle, pawns are deadly good with that shit - it hurts like a bitch and has massive knockback.
My warrior does just fine against ranged enemies. In fact, he annihilates them while my ranger helps with the flying mobs. Meanwhile, me and my strider pawn take on the big mobs with massive damage.
It's seriously workiny amazing. You should seriously try it.
>As I said, they can't use charged skills correctly rendering their damage useless.
My scather warrior uses charge attacks all the time
Are you actually hiring ones with charge attacks to begin with? Because most people dont seem to take charge attacks on warriors anyway.
Will you hire my fashionable monkey once he's done training, /v/? He'll be a lvl 40 fighter by then, probably.
>You're an idiot. In the majority of scenarios the next weakest unit will be another trash mob ten feet away
Followed by those range units he cant reach and those flying units he cant hit
Thanks for proving my point
Actually get past fighting bandits kid.
>always make a young adult female mage support pawn
>ended up being pretty useful on 360
>want to make my Arisen and pawn the same so people recognize me online
>my own game would be kinda awkward
Can you still get the Guts/Griffith armors? I saw a post on steam a few days ago that said they were still in the review copies and could be gotten through a cheat engine. Did Capcom patch it out? And if I use a cheat engine to get them, will I get banned from online?
>warriors using their charged attacks fine
Webm or it didn't happen. They almost always release too early, doing barely any damage. This has been a known issue with warrior pawns since consoles.
>My warrior does just fine against ranged enemies.
I just came to say that is the most retarded thing I have seen in a DD thread all day. Your warrior is not doing fine against ranged units, hes wasting his time when a actual range pawn could kill them for you.
>shotapawns are worse
Would have been nice to know this before playing loli arisen & shota bf.
Well a friend who played the game on consoles before said that fire affinity is the least useful of it and ice and holy should be much better.
I'll give a try to comestion, i suppose having only one offensive spell is bad.
Step aside, best pawn coming through
Warriors actually have no problem at all hitting flying units, the range on their jumping attack is huge and the high knockback generally means that shit is coming to the ground.
I can say for sure that you can't get them normally. I don't use cheat engine so I don't know if they are in the files. I also really don't see why people are so attached to all of two totally average armor sets.
>Webm or it didn't happen.
Yes, feel free to prove warriors dont use their charge attacks.
>This has been a known issue with warrior pawns since consoles.
Never had any issues on PS3 either, now it really sounds like you are trying to save face.
Why exactly does everyone hate Acquisitor?
I love it. It means I don't have to pick up everything and burden myself like a fucking ox. It basically shares the load and allows me to lug around a lot more loot before going to sell it or whatever. And it's not like she runs to pick flowers while a cyclops wrecks my face.
>Actually get past fighting bandits kid.
Kek, so you are literally 12. I've finished this game 3 times, one time a solo run. Not everyone plays this game for the first time this week.
I just want to give some anons proper advice.
>Followed by those range units he cant reach and those flying units he cant hit
Which comprise a minority of situations compared to what I described.
Thanks for proving my point.
Additionally, I always roll with two warriors and I have never seen them completely at a loss for what to do. The situations in which they flat out CANNOT reach a ranged enemy are extremely rare (and in those situations they always default to something else rather than, I don't know, running up against the side of a wall forever or whatever it is you imagine a warrior with the mitigator inclination to do) and flying enemies never take long to move within range.
>I also really don't see why people are so attached to all of two totally average armor sets.
I completely want to RP as Berserk characters because I'm a filthy weeb and trying to do it in Dark Souls 1/2 was lackluster as fuck.
>And it's not like she runs to pick flowers while a cyclops wrecks my face.
They literally will do that, though. They even have a specific dialog along the lines of "you get the monsters, I'll get the loot". And it's not like you need every nut and flower you pass by.
>Old man Bodb O'Brien and Gregor, the local boy who joins him on his adventure
Should I buy this archistaff for my soon-to-be sorcerer? Or will I find an even better archistaff in the world?
my screenshots were being saved in the most obscure directory under about 5 different numbered folders
use shift-tab steam overlay and can check the route from the screenshots section
Yeah, when a goblin dies, she'll most likely pick up what dropped then go and fuck up more goblins.
I've never once had an issue where she'd just drop everything and go gather loot all around the place instead of fighting.
I'm only lvl 50 though, I guess it's bound to happen sometimes. Still, as a sorc main, I love having someone that picks up everything for me so I don't have to.
If you refuse to listen to reason why even bother? You obviously dont even understand what the inclinations are or how they even work. This is your last you.
Like I said, played on PS3. But I see reading isnt your strong suit anyway.
>even if it's a role that fits a young boy like healer/mage?
Those are old man roles though. When I think young boy I think scampering around and being untouchable. Strider or dagger assassin.
I wanted to take a screenshot but my stupid pawn decided to stay in the shadows. So I picked him up, carried him to some brighter place and put him down. Then he started running towards the guild on his own. I was standing there for like two minutes and he still didn't came back. What the fuck just happened.
>double up from migitator/utalitarian
Nigger what? My warrior kills all the weaker stuff while the ranger picks of longe ranged targets and then helps me one shot bosstype monsters.
She moves in no matter what. Toss her around so she doesn't become your beloved and make sure to give Mercedes a bunch of wine and the ring before she leaves the game.
Holy fucking shit how do you guys manage equipment load on heavy armor arisen? My guy is 181 cm tall, has a bodyweight of somewhere between 75-80 kg and even with sinew I'm constantly at average; I make sure to drop off shit at the inn all the time.
Anyone else make their [s]girlfriend[/s] their pawn?
Having adventures together in the real world and the game world is so fun!
growing tired of this bullshit
You're the one who refuses to listen
>warriors have trouble using charged attacks properly. This has been established since console releaae
>they're not good at hitting weakspots, since they will climb and use the pommel which is slow af
>meanwhile, if they attack weaker enemies they can just use regular attacks/whirlwind/corona/etc. for an aoe dps fest
Yeah you're fine to play the game however you want to, but you're still fucking stupid.
I think it costs 300k, that's all I know. You can get it at the Black Cat, I think.
Take the fighter augment that increases your load by 20kg
And if you want to overkill it, go Strider and take the augment that renders you one rank lighter than your actual weight.
But my ranger is not killing weak mobs, just ranged/magic. He has scather too, so he also focusses stronger ranged/magick mobs.
And I don't need pawns at all. I can do it all perfectly fine on my own. I just like basically letting my pawns do all the work while I sometimes step in to finish up.
>no watermark in photo mode
I love this shit.
>rushed to get to gran soren to change vocation
>fuck it, while I'm here let's do just one more quest before doing side quest
>after another 5 hours of dicking around find out that lost and found failed
>entire chain of quests and an area are inaccessible now
I'm mad. I'm not fucking doing any main quests anymore until I finish all possible available sidequests which will probably make me overleveled and the main quest not fun.
Same here. Mine even has loads of quest knowledge for shit I haven't done yet.
Yes I can attest to that, I played this game until the whole content was clear on hard mode and I was lvl 200, both me and my pawn were warriors the whole time, and while he eventually learned to give me a boost with his sword to get on top of monsters or grab flying monsters, and other shit by imitating me like dousing himself when on fire, he was never good at fighting bosses because he was unable to time his charging attacks right, even when the boss was staggered, he would always start too late and stop midway, so I just had him use instant cast skills, and be a mitigator/utilitarian, so he would clear the trash or help me like catching me when I got dropped from the air by gryphons, Cockatrices and Harpies, give me boosts and survive, because for some reason he was really good at staying alive during fights.
Still he was a fucking bro, I miss playing this game.
>Fighting cyclops on a ridge in Hillfigure Knolls or whatever
>Pawns start climbing it
>Signal them to gtfo
>Cyclops tosses them all in the ravine
Sorry for the 3 star ratings guys. They were lovely pawns
>your pawn has returned from another realm
It's about fucking time
I went into that harpy cave and was gathering flowers and one of my pawns was stricken with sudden urge to see what the bottom of the endless pit looked like and just ran over to the end and jumped off to her doom.
>your pawn will never be summoned because its not a thong wearing anime girl with a chinese sounding name
want these fucking cartoons out of my realistic fantasy world sim... trying to be immersed here....
yeah, I don't trust this princess bint one bit...
Tell that to all these fucking lolis in DLC gear.
>You can teach your pawns to use lightning magic and enchants against doused enemies.
>You can teach your pawns to throw jars of water at enemies and then use lighting attacks.
>And you can do the same with oil and fire attacks
Why is this game so amazing? I wouldn't trade the pawn system for anything. It could have been even better if our pawns would record their time spent with other players so we could watch how well they did.
>barely make it passed 2nd Ogre in the quarry
>go around collecting rocks and notice there's a fucking 3rd one
>low on health, no mage
>ogre gets a lucky shot and hits me to under 100 hp
>decide to run away around the corner
>as I'm running the ogre jumps after me and lands on one of those stacks of triple exploding barrels
Why are NPC so hideous, fucking Christ.
>get 4 stars 3 times and all 5 stars once for my pawn reviews
>all of them give me 10k-25k crystals too
>then someone gives 0 crystals and gives 1 star for everything
>ogre lands on red barrel
Game runs fine on a toaster laptop after changing a few settings.
A little generic, but qt.
Will stretch my boy to/10
>mfw still no service
I didn't want those items anyway
What are the most
funroles for the Arisen to play?
>Decide to stop playing for a while
>Save and exit to title
>Remember I changed the title music back to Into Free
>End up sitting there for another 5 minutes
And to think, I used to hate this song.
They're all fun once you reach higher levels in the vocation.
DD is one of the few games where playing as every class available actually feels satisfying. The attacks are all so meaty.
Ok so how do these augments and skills work
If I buy augments and skills in one class
Do I have access to them when I switch over to another class?
Also whats with the "secret augments" menu, what are secret augments?
Also should I sell that ugly monocule for 300k? Why is the sale value so high.
>Make loli pawn since this is my 3rd playthrough and I want to see if my pawn actually gets hired this time

there are a few occasions where if you spin the camera in a certain direction the fps drops to like 20 or something, not sure why that happens.
also i don't remember but did skeletons and golems always have such stuttery animations?
Augments can be equipped regardless of class, just make sure you equip them and not just buy them
Secret Augments are found in Bitterblack Isle, they're mostly not anything fantastic
Sell that shitty monocle
Augments carry over to all classes when you buy them. Skills don't.
I hear secret augments are unlocked in BBI.
The monocle is shit and every pawn is wearing it so just sell it. You can buy it again later when you're rich if you're upset about losing it.
