Are you looking forward to the western release of Digimon Cyber Sleuth?
You know what i'm not looking forward to? My picture
Dude I can't wait for this game! I've watched a bunch of videos and am so hyped!
Never watched Digimon or played any other game before, but this Cyber Sleuth sold me on it.
Is it weird coming into this game with literally zero knowledge on Digimon? I didn't even know they were in the internet; I thought the "Digital" part of the name meant they were like from the future or clones/cyborg monsters.
At the risk of catching flak, I legitimately enjoy the thing Digimon games have been doing lately where there's a bunch of other tamers as your supporting cast with their own Digimon and subplots.
Yeah but the cost for that is is that your own Digimon and their subplot is nonexistant. In almost anyone elses hands it's an okay idea but as Bamco does it it just takes focus away from your own Digimon and it's unforgivable.
Anyone else playing the mobile game? Post your teams.
Yes, I'm buying a new memory card so I don't have to delete things to make room for it.
Wish they'd do a US physical release but I'll have to live with it, maybe Next Order will get a physical release if Cyber Sleuth does well enough on Vita here like what happened with that SAO game.
All that sounds good to me, anon.
Haven't touched it, it looks kinda shitty.
Alright fuck it. I think this finally convinced me to buy a Vita.
I don't have the money for a PS4 and I don't want a PS TV. I also really want to play Muramasa and Odin Sphere as well.
Where's the best deal on a VITA and how big a memory card do I need for it?
It's a standard match-3 RPG, with the art and monster collecting being the big draw. Everyone loves having their waifus on a team.
It's like the past Story games on the DS only there's an actually interesting story, dungeons that aren't retarded mazes, and competent devs behind it.
You want Next Order if you want something more like the original Digimon World.
Good story : (IE the kind of story made by people who grew up with the original Adventure anime and made with the kind of story notes and beats that they enjoyed from it)
Good Digimon selection, good have been better but it's got a lot of good ones.
I don't really care as long as I can play the games I want, but I'd like a memory card that's more than a memory card for Cybersleuth since I have to get that one Digital.
>Not giving him Track 5 or 22
You had one job anon. ONE JOB
I preordered this because of you fucks.
If it ends up being shit i am blaming all of you.
It's not shit
for a digimon gameIt's actually pretty damn good for a digimon game meaning it's average, sensible and tolerable but still that's enough to blow off anyones pants who has seriously tried to get into Digimon games
Anonymous, you shouldn't preorder games with that mindset.
You should have asked negatives about the game first. I'll list some now
1. You shouldn't preorder this game if you don't like standard JRPG turn based combat or having to do some micro managing to get certain Digimon or items.
2. You shouldn't preorder this game if you don't like Japanese culture. Though through some fucking MIRACLE you do not spend any of this game in a high school setting, a lot of the games charm is incorporating Japanese urban legends as missions that end up being caused by Digimon.
3. You shouldn't preorder this game if you're expecting a high level of difficulty. Though we are getting a new difficulty mode with the western release, we have no idea how exactly it's being tuned so it might just be HP Bloat mode. It's an easy game.
4. You shouldn't preorder this game if you don't love Digimon.
Honestly, I've spoiled a lot of the game for myself just to be certain I want to be preorder this game. If you aren't certain, wait for some reviews by less biased people to come out. As long as you purchase digital for the Vita you can still download all the special content free until the 1st of March.
