PM community was a majority of Brawl and Melee players. Brawl players of course were going to continue to Smash 4. Melee players just thought the mod was jank as fuck and stuck with Melee. Everyone moved on and seeing that there isn't any benefits of playing PM it is very easy to drop. Also 3.2 da best.
