The game pretty much straight up tells you. If you look at the description for her Firekeeper soul it says you can revive her or some shit.

Bringing her back is pointless though, the soul is better used for Estus replenishment. At that stage of the game you don't need/use the Firelink bonfire for anything, the only justification is for 4kids, but you should be using the Drake bonfire for that.

For everyone who shits on this game for leaving out things and so on..
One thing I found extremely fun with Dark Souls was how information traveled by word of mouth. Me and a couple of friends bought Dark Souls on release and we adviced eachother on our findings and so on. It felt incredibly nostalgic reminding me of how we used to play Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow.

It was the same thing with Dark Souls 2 and something I really look forward to in DaS3.
