>his steam account is below level 50.
Honestly, quit embarrassing yourself. If your steam account is below level 50 you should just delete it.
Mine is 11 years old and only level 15. Because the only badges I have are the ones given out for free and the occasional event.
I just honestly don't care. And people that do need to grow up.
ive had my steam account since 2005
it is only level 10, i didn't know anybody who cares about levels and i don't even know how to level it up if i wanted to.
Did you just get lvl 50 OP?
Seriously you have to be really autistic for wasting money on virtual cards lmao
>there are people on /v/ have yet to get a platinum on 1 game
You can make big bux selling rare backgrounds/emotes to retards, sometimes it's a safe gamble
Pic related was selling for 60 bux
>he spent $40+ on cards
Seriously consider suicide familia
People who care about their Steam levels are probably out of touch with reality, because literally no one else cares.
This is coming from a NEET 24 year old virgin btw, Steam levels are fuckin' gay and useless.
PalmDesert has spent like 25,000+ dollars on Steam levels alone
OR you've made an account 12 years ago
>had my steam account since 2005
>only have an 8 year badge
what the fuck is this shit man
>steam account is 7 years old
>level is still a single digit
Yeah, fuck levels man. All less than 10 year old accounts should be banned completely or at least muted from all chats/boards/reviews. Who gives a shit about young faggots' opinions, no one thats who. Go jump off a bridge.
>Looking through accounts on a leaderboard
>Come across a guy whose user description is just shilling his youtube
>Notice a "View more info" button
>Very first line after the youtube is "I'm also weird and gay and FABULOUSSSSSSS"
>Continues on with information of TF2 trades, conversations, quotes and nazi jokes
>Close that cancer
>Find more of it
>His extended information box or whatever is his "Shitlist" where he links the steam pages of people he doesn't like
>Tells his subscribers to spam them or something and demands an apology if you want to be removed from it
>Is in 35 steam groups, almost every single one is about TF2 or being gay
>Check his games, 1,820 hours in TF2
What the FUCK
I thought people were just overreacting when they talked about steam cancer.
>that amazing feel after spending 500 bux on badges and leveling up
>then checking every single of the 1100 profiles on your friend's list, and seeing you as the #1 on their friends list, every single time
You jealous poorfags will never experience this pleasure
It seems your post was either overlooked or noone falls for this anymore, so here's a complimentary (You) and >sub
"Social media for autists" is an apt description for Steam community stuff. If you see a profile that looks like someone has spent lots of time designing it and filling it with content, run.
>have to actually interact with other people or spend money to get most badges
actually trading with a friend would probably be really comfy but i have no friends. hahahaha. ha. ha.
And to elaborate on this, there's nothing wrong with a little profile customization: having a background and some screenshots there doesn't take much time and makes it look a lot better for miniscule effort. Of course it doesn't really matter, but why not?
But the innocence ends when you step into the territory of artificial Steam level boosting, blog-like infoboxes that tell everyone why you are a special snowflake, ridiculous groups and friend-whoring for the sake of having lots of "friends". All of those are telltale signs of major attention whoring, and attention whores are never good company.
