What Weavile does have:
-Knock Off, that LOWERS the opponents BURST and gives it more in turn

Gengar's even WORSE though:
-Hypnosis grab removes BURST
-Dream Eater Grab removes BURST AND HEALTH DRAINS
-Has the strongest BURST in the game able to deal over 300 damage with it, AND IT'S A GRAB.

The Freeze frames are like GG/BB 'Clash' but on Grabs, as the game uses a RPS system of combat ( Attacks -> Grabs -> 'Shield Attacks -> Attacks ) and when you preform the right RPS, you get a 'Critical' bonus ( this games version of a 'Counter hit' ). Otherwise The game has a two battle system, with 'Field' ( the 3D mode ) and 'Duel' ( the 2D mode ). Changing modes gives back small amounts of HP towards who changed the mode. Duel goes into Field when 'a set amount of damage is done', and Field goes into Duel ether by a grab, a physical attack, or so much damage like before.

There is a lot of stuff going under the hood I don't think people quite get, even when the game is doing it's best to be fucking obvious as fuck about it.
