Nintendo is normally very cheapass on the hardware, but the 28nm node is roughly 4 years old by now. So it should be more affordable.

Sony and Microsoft will probably be at 14/16nm chips for their next gens while Nintendo will fish around for a good deal on a chip design around PS4's level at 28nm.
