Where were you when the 2015's GOTY is about to receive the best expansion ever?
Christ I just finished Hearts of Stone a short while ago too
Nah man. The best content got cut by the guy pic related.
Any improvements to the core game? Will the combat, story, character progression, itemization, game balance, monster contracts and open world design no longer be utter shit? Or is it still just a neo-Bioware tier game with grafix and pixel romances being the only things going for it?
>No Three Borch
Welp, pretty much all I was hoping for is confirmed for not being in.
Hype almost gone.
so i'm gonna play a new game to get up to level 30 40 or 50 or whatever is required for the two DLCs. for my first (and only) playthrough I skipped like 90% of all the sidequest stuff since most of what I could find was repetitive and boring (talk to npc in town, they expose some problem they have to you, you go kill monster or follow some trails, come back to talk to npc and they try to give you feels. ), but I could've just missed most of the good stuff.
also, is it worth it rummaging for armor and weapons or is there something early on you can get that's just OP?
Well the original was on leddit and it linked to TW1 bruxa wiki page. But yeah in TW2 there also were bruxae just added in the Enchanced Edition. Though they were just reusing wraith patterns and most effects.
You do not
look for a job that challenges you and requires some effort. A job where you have nothing to do might sound like a dream one but holy hell does time go by slowly. You do not want it
>owning a property
>Bruxa, fleder, garkain & barghest confirmed
>can finally fight that red headed slut we saw in the trailer
Hyped as fuck.
do you like KOTOR, Gothic 2 etc.? You should play tw1(like KOTOR)-tw2ED(like gothic 2)-tw3(like proper sequel to gothic 2)-tw3hos(like gothic 2 notr)
If not not sure rpgs are for you.
Hearts of Stone is one of the best if not the best expansion to come out since the inception of DLC. It surpasses the base game in areas in which the original game excels at. You get a great story, interesting characters, challenging and unique boss fights, and there are many different opportunities to structure the narrative to how you want it to go. If you have Witcher 3, but don't have HoS yet, you need to get on that ASAP.
They were announced before the release of the game. Same with SCII we knew there would be a Zerg expansion followed by a Protoss expansion. Expansions are exactly what they sound like, major addons to an already finished base game. This autist anon complaining that its "day 1 DLC" or whatever the fuck he's trying to say is full of it. Just because it was planned ahead doesnt mean it was supposed to be in the release version of the game.
>tfw gonna buy the Ultimate/GOTY edition with all DLC because at that point there'll be enough other things in the game to keep me distracted from the shitty combat
>They were announced before the release of the game
Just because CDPR is fine with lying to people doesn't mean you should be anon.
This is literally wrong though, an expansion to follow up on the cliffhanger ending of 3 was promised, it just wasnt officially announced and named until the following year. Sauce: I bought the fucking game at release.
>Geralt sipping wine all day
Which I'd like to add is exactly what CDPR did.
The expansions weren't officially named and announced until months after release.
So stop being a dumb asshole and arguing the point anon.
I dont think you're reading my posts
>the expansions weren't officially named and announced until months after release.
Putting a season pass up for sale before Witcher 3 ever released is the same as officially announcing DLC same as every company does DLC these days.
A bed? I always felt like my inner autist wanted Geralt to get some actual sleep instead of just meditating, so that's good I suppose.
Sometime during Q1 or most likely Q2, we don't really know yet.
>knowing you're making extra content
>already have staff assigned to developing extra content
>people are asking if there will be extra content
>you offer people to support you in making extra content
>somehow the same as announcing clearly completed DLC before release, with assets ready for presentation and everything
Anon, you might be retarded. I know that hating CDPR is the cool thing to do on /v/, but you've taken being a child to a whole other level.
you are so fucking far off the mark I don't even know where to start
DLC is downloadable content, it has nothing to do with when it was planned or made, an expansion can be DLC you fucking idiot
neither of TW3's expansions were cut from the full game and you're fucking delusional if you think expansions of this size aren't planned before the actual game is released
No, I mean as recent as two to three months ago.
There has always been shitposting because of the downgrade, but it was the discussions /v/ had about that made me decide to buy it.
I think it was around the time the first expansion dropped, because I remember posts talking about how it's better then the main game (it is).
All I do all day in my job is sit at 4chan.
You have NO IDEA how much I want to go home.
To admittedly browse 4chan. But still.
This job feels like a waste of time. I even get paid well. My body is rotting away and my mind is wasting before my very eyes.
