Considering in Persona 3 and 4, they were literally just blank slates who didn't act like anything, this protag is certainly a lot more expressive. It even felt weird giving them my name in those games considering the setting, so no doubt it's only going to feel even weirder.

And the plot still revolved around you. In P3 you were the leader of the team. Junpei's entire character arc kicks off because of how jealous he is of you, no matter how you respond to him. How much better would it have been if there were real responses from protag? Junpei probably would have gotten jealous either way but that doesn't change how weak that characterization was, like he was getting mad at a wall. Then at the end of course you're Jesus, but again, you're a wall (or a door I guess), so the whole scene falls flat, like you didn't go through a character arc at all. I don't even need to talk about P4.

P4 felt kind of bland coming off of P3, where you had some party members the same age as you, some older than you, an elementary schooler, a robot, and a dog.
I'd also like to see another character with a gimmick, I really liked Aigis' Orgia Mode.
