Ask the dev team. Sakurai thought Corrin was too much but they pretty much forced him to put him in. I'm still hoping that Sakurai will put Wolf in as a little bonus when Corrin and Bayonetta are released, if they can take only four or so months to make newcomers as complex as Bayo then porting over Wolf would only take a month max.
