Now that 2016 is here, what 3DS games are you looking foward the most?
>2011 GOTY is Ocarina
A remaster. Shit list end yourself
>2015 is mediocre gimped FS rehash dress-up "Zelda" shovelware
So very not.
Kid Icarus is 2012 GOTY though.
As for 2016, I'm waiting for SMT Final
I have a European 3DS so I'm expecting that shit to be released in 2018
FE could've been good if it wasn't split to three fucking parts.
I really don't care what you think since /v/ is filled with shitters. I can't tell if a person likes or dislikes a game because they're well-versed in the genre or they're just retarded.
>Luigi's mansion 2
>Pokemon x and y
>Mario and luigi dream team
>FIIAAAAAAA EMBERUUUUU Awakening
>Shin Megami Tensei IV
>Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
>Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy
ALBW is shit
>there are people who dislike ALBW
To each their own, I had a lot of fun with it.
>a multiplat that run better on vita
Shit OP get a better taste ffs
>Fire Emblem Fates
>Monster Hunter Stories
NEVER EVER ;_;
>Dragon Quest 7
>Dragon Quest 8
Metroid Prime: Federation Force
It's gonna be a good year
They're probably as heavy as jello.
Haven't tried carrying a bucket of it, but those tupperware containers the size of a normal harddrive are just as heavy when filled with jello.
Is the 3DS hack still exploitable if I find one that can be downgraded 9.3 ?
That list looks like its worth 150 bucks spent for the console
>they only realized this after people started pirating it
I guess what kept you all away was the price tag for each game.
Which is why most nintenbors only but they games they truly liked.
Mario and Luigi Paper Jam, it comes out in 22nd so it technically counts, heard a lot of good shit about it and the gameplay and writing improvements outweight the lazy overworld.
Bravely Second because no shit
Im trying to push myself to start Fire Emblem with fates but the 3 split paths being seperate games still bother me, i want to stick with nohr despite it being the hardest.
Metroid Prime Federation Force if only because Next Level Games are good devs and i want to keep supporting them, im well aware of the negativity and the timing for this game is absolutely horrible but it's still going to be a good game with their track record.
>3DS's library is so good, no wonder everyone says it has the best handheld library ever.
>Far better than the GBA and DS too.
>Mario and Luigi Paper Jam for US
>Dragon Quest Localizations
>Monster Hunter possible
>Fire emblem fates
>Other shit i can't remember
Literally the best time to be an RPG fan of handhelds
Anime posters are quite retarded.
Its a surprise that its not completely stigmatized yet.
Quality posters use Spurdos.
>post dumb shit
>gets triggered by anime pics
tumblr is that way kiddo
>you feel for the bait
gee kid need some ointment for that red bottom
Objectively fixed list, famille
also, this 6
Am I actually expected to rent this shit? I've been all over looking for running shoes and it occurs to me I could rent a hammer and go to the other dungeon, but that doesn't seem like the sort of thing your supposed to do.
Holy shit that list is bad.
>Putting PW vs Layton on there unironically
>No runefactory 4
>Smash-fucking-bros of all things
You have some of the worst taste in vidya I've seen in some time, anon.
The first year is just a freaking port when several other good games came out that year like the Nintendogs with the cats, the original 3d steel diver, Super Mario 3D Land, AR games and the Pokedex 3D app.
It's a game about gradually building up, buying most of the shit yourself and managing your time.
Sounds like you went into it with the wrong mindset or it just isn't for you, but that doesn't change the fact that it's objectively a great game with how much content it has and how well it's put together.
>actually have games worth paying and playing
> runner up is a shitty ace attorney game
> not Strider remake
One fucking job!
There's more good original games than there are ports though?
>new monsters, weapons and armor in each game even if it's a simple porting job to another system
>Each game improves the weapons by adding new combos as well as new mechanics in the such as leaping, mounting and the new styles in X
Your last point is covered by these already
Oh, so you've played the games, or did you just read a shitposter for your quick and simple opinions? There are no reskins in monster hunter, unless you count the battle, alloy, and base hunter gear for the beginning of the game, which can be gotten as an HR set later on, and has a different hue to it. If I had pings dex on hand I'd let you know the dozens of new sets and weapons they added. Its more than your usual MH game and will be more when MHXG comes out.
He's not wrong though. Just adding new content doesn't magically make your game better, and you can't realy claim that the new content makes the game better. That's just an opinion. Look at F2P games like TF2. They add in tons of content, but I'm not gonna start clamoring over how neon colored crappy hats suddenly improved the game.
>comparing new armor, with new abilities and several new mechanics and weapons as well as a whole assortment of new additions is the same as literally a cosmetic item
If Monhun is CoD that's just another thing Japan does better than America.
>Then get off the 3DS platform if you can't give the best series on the 3DS a try.
There are literally dozens of great games on the system I'm interested in. Also I've tried time and again to get into MH. It bores me to death.
I don't disagree.
I think the slight-improvements-each-iteration model is the best anyways. Final Fantasy was my favorite series growing up and it didn't go to shit until they tried changing things.
2011: OOT 3D
2012: Kid Icarus Uprising
2013: Pokemon X
2014 was the worst year for my 3DS, barely played it then
2015: Monster Hunter 4U
Expectation for 2016: SMT IV Final
And you look at each game as a bare bones entity, when changes, regardless of how small, are regarded as changes. So little to no changes is bullshit. MH has come a long way since its birth, and the changes we've seen have drastically altered the ways you can play the game. Call it a clone of itself as much as you want, you just can't see past anything but the bare model, which has seen its fair share of changes.
