Why does /v/ like one but get so butthurt about the other?
You'll never tickle your best bro while on an adventure with him
> shecloud, insecured white guy and unfunny nigger.
> cocoon this cocoon that
> don't even know the final boss name
> 2 lesbian smash each other become moon.
When you watch anime and shit for long enough your brain adjusts to it, eventually you'll be able to tell traps before it's revealed and tell thousands of characters apart at a glance.
It's sort of like how kids cant pay attention to action movies because their brain hasn't developed to the point where they can process anything other than really slow moving shit like sesame street
I played most Tales games and they all seem to have kings and armies besides Sythonia which has a pope why is this?
It's actually 100% canon and gives perspective on much of what is going on in FFXIII since the game leaves a lot of shit unexplained. You're doing yourself a disservice if you liked the game. Wanna know why Lightning is so angry at Serah's engagement announcement? Read the novella. Wanna know why Fang doesn't show up for a long ass time? Read the novella. Wanna know why everyone thinks Fang and Vanille are homos? Read the novella
Yeah, basically when it was first released in Japan a prequel web novella also come out at the same time. So basically in order to put some perspective on how some of these characters developed, you pretty much have to read it. And you had to read it in chunks because all of the Fang and Vanille chapters are massive spoilers.
Reading it made me like most of the characters a little more than those who had no idea that the novella even existed. And I feel that all of it contains stuff that should have been in the game.
>One is from a shitty game that spat in the face of longtime fans, half of the pairing is one of the worst characters to boot
>The other is from a game that's actually rather typical of a series frequently looked down on as "generic" but still perfectly enjoyable for longtime fans
>The two characters are pretty fleshed out and have a brother dynamic that's easily enjoyed by fans who aren't even into yaoi
Gee, I wonder why.
I was talking about about liking the yuri girls and getting butthurt about the dudes because of pesky Fuijoshi or are we about to have some revisionist history in here?
Moderately less disgusting but still significantly so.
Fabula Nova Crystalis is probably the worst thing that ever happened to the franchise.
This is all nice.
But remember that time Tidus kicked what he thought was a Blitzball, but it turns out it was a bomb that blew him up and made his head land right in front of Yuna?
And remember when Sin came back, and so they broke up and Yuna went off to fight Sin again?
I'm ashamed I understood this cause I played all the games on pc, as an excuse to support JRPGs on pc.
I wish I could bleach my brain.
So I take it the countless Kingdom Hearts threads on this board that all inevitably post some form of support for Sora and Riku never happened? This is board is fine when it comes to homosexual pairings.
A lot of us just don't like it done in the west. It always reeks of some political agenda or message when it's done here. The japs just do it for fun.
Fujoshit is just yurishitter shitposting.
Any game with an auto-battle button will never be better than a Tales game. Having played both FFXIII and Tales of Zestiria extensively, I can say without a single doubt that Zestiria is better in every way possible, save for graphics.
Sazh is really one of the most reasonable people, while Snow has a hero complex, Lightning is a murderous psychopath, Hope was a psychopath-in-training, and Fang and Vanille don't count because they're already "in" the loop so to speak. All he wanted was to try and help his son, meanwhile Lightning was all "screw this, I'm going to die anyway, might as well bring the world crashing down with me"
I got feels in his mission in LR and sugar and rainbows was the best part of the first game
