Is Bloodborne worth the $800?
Keep in mind that I have to buy a PS4, Bloodborne, a month's worth of PS+, Playstation branded surround sound Headset and a TV that can run 1080p.
Yes. It might be look expensive to you but it is a long term investment, especially considering it is the clear winner of this gen.
Also, it's not like Bloodborne is its only game. Don't fail for the Nintendokids' memes.
>see library of each console
>pick the one you like the most
Was it so hard? The Wii U has the most exclusive games (although most are aimed on children so maybe it's not attractive to you), the PS4 and XBONE focus mostly on multiplats. If you have a good PC, buying a PS4/XBONE is a waste of money (unless you really have all the money) and you are better off using that money to buy a Nintendo handheld/console or upgrading your PC
Nigga you should own a fuckin TV anyway, don't lump that in with the price of a game.
>PS branded headset
use any usb headset for a fraction of the price
PS4's are THE console of this gen so if you are getting one it will be worth it eventually. Bloodborne just happens to be a fantastic game.
I know, don't people even know what a spider is?
This is a spider.
>Tfw I accidentally shot Ludwig's head and killed him yesterday >put the controller down lazily and L2 was pressed was far away but facing Ludwig so didn't think it was possible
You mean an excuse to just have badly designed Eldritch abominations in your game?
There are always some in Dark Souls, but I hope it's not just that.
>having a monitor in your living room
Not him but show me one that doesn't just completely fuck up the aesthetics of the room and I will buy it.
i see nothing. what r u talking about?
Insight doesn't actually do anything to the game world though does it? I do remember spending 40 insight for 2 chunks and my frenzy/beast bars popped up and were a little filled
u did not play it.
well u did not read HP Lovecroft either.
At certain levels of insight enemies will have differet attacks, you can see things you otherwise couldn't in the gameworld and you can hear a baby crying in the background constantly.
Other than that the more insight you have the less beasthood you get and the more suceptible to frenzy you are.
No it's 40 insight.
Grant us eyes... GRANT US EYES.
this one. no eyes and other stuff
The only specific one I can think of is the Church dudes in cathedral ward, you know the ones with the walking sticks and lanterns? At 10, I think it could be a little more, the lantern guys will have eyeballs all over their lanterns and they will be able to cast spells with them.
Plant eyes on our brain to clean our beastly idiocy!
-PS4 is 350$ with no discounts or bundles, and I'm sure you can easily find either one for cheaper
-Bloodborne was also discounted, I guess you missed out on this one.
-You don't need PS+ to play bloodborne. But a month is 4$ at worse.
-I'll ignore the headset shitpost
-Plug the HDMI into your PC monitor, no need for a seperate TV if you somehow don't own any
Worst case scenario the whole thing is 400$
If you are a fan, yes it's worth it
The OP has nothing to do with shilling and there have been a decent number of replies saying no to his question anyways. I know that literally everything is "shilling" to you newfags, but in actuality it's just the video game board on 4chan so usually threads about videogames are just threads about videogames. On top of that with the release of the Old Hunters there has been more discussion as well as the fact that it was just Christmas and presumably there are a bunch of new players. I know that you don't know any of this, because you're just here to shitpost so I hope this explains some things.
I was in the same mindset and yes it's worth it. But only as >>323907873 said.
PC games have been falling from grace for years now, the race for graphics is dead, we only have retro/indie or online shitfest games left. PS4 is where it's at.
Console kiddies, I swear to god
