>tfw Amazon Prime members now get 20% off pre-ordered games
The LE? Yes.
Still wished they had this in stock though.
Fucking Amazon, man. They're so desperate to compete with others.
Unless you already have prime, nobody is gonna want to sign up for that shit.
The West's LE? Just started literally last week. They're down to less than 25% in stock last time I checked.
The Japan faceplate went up when they announced it, it's out of stock.
I know, which I find hilarious.
But I guess it's good for people "out of the loop."
>tfw I get my normie friends to pre-order shit using my GCU and rake in those sweet $10 bonuses
>They're trying to compete with Best Buy gamers club.
This is why competition is good.
Never played a Nep game
Give me a good reason to buy this one
not trying to be a jackass, just want some spoonfeeding about the highpoints of such games
No. I ain't paying for Neptunia ever again. The last 2 have been a waste of money. I could barely play an hour of 2 and 3. Since the PC version got unofficially teased, I'll just wait till it comes out, pirate it, see if I can stomach playing it for more than 2 minutes, then buy it on ps4
starting from the 2nd game on PS3, the mainline games range from okay to great so far. The spinoffs are meh and can be hit or miss.
You honestly have to be in it mostly for the characters, or the lore of the mainline games, which have their own unique way of tackling issues such as game piracy and console wars.
Cute girls with ok/mediocre gameplay
Want to get a taste of it? Pirate(or buy when it's on sale) RB1 on PC, then judging from that imagine a more serious plot and improved gameplay, and that's the PS4 one
Give the new game a try.
It really improves everything.
If you've never played a Nep, then you'll probably enjoy it as long as you like cute girls. The problem is when you get to play 4 one after the other. They are pretty much all the same. V-II is shiny and has some shit like EXTRA RANDOM ENCOUNTERS when the series stopped having random encounters after the first game.
thanks for all the replies, but I got scared away with >>323902242 everything looks clunky and gameplay gives me a Tales Of feel, which I don't care for either.
have a nice thread
Why are japs so good with good looking menus?
Also does it really run that well on PS4?
I'll see for myself eventually since I have the LE preordered but I still want to know.
Huge improvement from ~15fps PS3 games.
Well graphic wise they always look like they are one gen behind so getting 60fps out of it this time wasn't that hard. And it's hilarious when you compare the footage from PS3 and PS4 verions of FFF and suddenly the game doesn't slow down to 5fps during specials
triggering you wasn't my intent
Please pay no heed to me, for I am a mere passerby.
Once again, have a nice thread Anon.
OMG IS THAT TRESSFX BEING USED RIGHT NOW? HOW DOES IT FEEL KNOWING WEEB GAMES HAVE BETTER PHYSICS
>still haven't beaten the trilogy, let alone the first game
Preordered the LE tho
>recognize the semon demonitte from a doujin where she charges her dad for sexual favors to buy him a birthday present
>can't remember the name or author
I really really hope that the second Nep U game diversifies moves, weapons, and equipment more. The first game is nice enough, but there's a lot lacking.
I think they improved the combat a bit, equipment wise though...well, there's this
What is there to not understand I am just thanking you for your earlier post. It made me google info on FFF:A and actually read about how its like a re;birth rather than a sequel. Did not read about it at all and was going to blindly preorder in addition to buying the ps3 game. That would have been a waste of time and money. Basically I can circumvent that whole scenario since your post got me to actually read info on it, and that's why I am thanking you.
Kek, seems legit. I'm sold I guess.
Instead of extreme pandering with breaking clothes they went with full customization of accessories this time
Well think about this way: there's going to be a shitton more weeb games other good stuff on PS4 now, it might actually start having games, but it's up to you
>not buying the LE
>not having a nep LE collection
How is the performance of this game?
I played the first 3 games on the PS3 and while I really liked them the framerate was terrible.
I wish this was releasing on pc so I wouldn't have to worry about it.
