It is. Most GB games are four bucks and GBC games five bucks, but Pokemon for whatever reason is ten bucks. The only remote justification is they added local wireless multiplayer which isn't in the other GB/GBC VC releases, but that should be there for all GB/GBC releases in the first place especially considering NES VC allows for local wireless.
