>tfw the best Pokemon game to come out in years is a fucking clone based on Rick and Morty
Is Pokemon really dead?
What the fuck does Reddit even have to do with this?
Rick and Morty is unfunny horseshit and Game Freak is one of the worst developers alive right now and I hope they crash and burn.
The two series were the same.
4chan just got angrier at the second because of how popular it got.
The improv episode is LITERALLY identical.
You're just a sheep, you loved the show when your buddies told you it was great, and you started hating it when your buddies told you it was time to turn on it.
Learn to hate things from the start so you can pretend you have some dignity next time, because all of these "muh season 1" fags are looking really really pathetic.
Not really, the first series was mainly improv while the second was more scripted and the VAs seemed to have less fun and the humour went downhill.
>if you liked season 1 you have to like them all
I watched all the episodes but they barely got a laugh
I don't hate season 2, it's just that while 90% of the season 1 episodes hit the ball out of the park for me (excluding that improv episode), too many of the S2 episodes didn't make really laugh all that much.
I watched the first season, thought it was pretty strong good show overall. Watched most of season 2 and noticed the quality sharply declined. Didn't bother to finish the season and no longer interested in picking it up again.
So let me get this straight. If something too popular it's a Reddit show ? If Reddit likes the show it's a Reddit show thus 4chan has to shit on it?
What is 4chan's obsession with Reddit (and to an extent Tumblr)? This shit is unhealthy
>excluding the improve episode
I remember that being everyone's favorite episode. Then out of nowhere everyone started to hate it. Did some pseudo celebrity say it was shit and then people started to parrot after?
And if you meant something with mainline style gameplay, you can always play the fangame Pokemon Reborn.
I realized the main winning strategy is getting repeats, I kinda like that. I also like that shmeckles aren't hard to come by, and the only "pay to win" iap are gacha coupons wich you can get from boxes.
Lots of newfriends think hating Reddit makes you have oldschool 4chan cred. I personally can't stand Reddit's layout so I never use it, but that doesn't mean I have to bring it up every 10 seconds.
>you will never know how rick will get out of this one
best pokemon game came out in christmas
>tfw no english patch
>people actually watch that garbage show on purpose
Why do retards keep bringing Reddit into this? Reddit is a shit website full of circlejerks where unpopular opinions get downvoted to hell by normies.
Rick and Morty isn't even related to Reddit.
Has any show ever fucked over their fans by ending on a huge cliffhanger and then never bringing up the events in the next episode? Seems both hilarious and downright evil at the same time. I can't recall any show having the balls to do this
I agree with this. Out of the 10 episodes that came out, only half of them lived up to the previous season. And it was kind of odd that everyone just kept blindly praising the second season with its obvious faults. You can call me a contrarian all you want but you know damn well the second season sucked compared to the first.
comedy shows can get away with it because it's a gag
it's like how in southpark when kenny has to use a PSP to command the armies of heaven to fight the legions of hell they just have an angel describing the scene as being cooler than LotR instead of showing it
Zuko asks Ozi where his mother is in the very last episode
The show never followed up on it, Legend of Korra completely skipped it, when Katara began to explain what happened to Zuko some annoying fucking child character interrupted because comedy!!!!
The comics don't count because I'm talking about the show
I won't deny that people have different opinions. People like plenty of stuff I don't like.
But I still stand by my statement. The second season was lackluster compared to the first.
Assuming the devil does exist, and that his duty is to spread misfortune and lies, who is to say the concept of God is not a machination of the devil? It'd make more sense for a liar to make up a false salvation than an almighty being creating his own adversary.
Your vocal minority consists of literally the same people who take part in the Sonic, FNaF, and MLP fandoms. That alone is the red light for me to stay the fuck away from any Undertale fans.
It really, really is. Season 1 commentaries, like 8 out of 10 episodes Justin mentions /pol/ and 4chan, while Dan mentions going to Reddit and finding out what they want. It's uncanny how many times they say they go to these websites to see reactions and ask stuff
There was a time when 60% of posts on /v/ weren't about reddit or tumblr. I understand why because they're easy labels for shit but fuck just stop talking about them unless its actually relevant.
Attack something for its merits, not because it's liked by those fuckers.
Probably not, but shit like Star Wars and Final Fantasy probably have a bunch of spergy tumblrs.
My point is that a shit ton of retards on tumblr will like something doesnt means "its tumblr" it just means its popular, and like all popular things, there will show up on tumblr a lot.
Gravity Falls and Rick and Morty have a small easter egg connecting the two universes.
>"best Pokemon game to come out in years"
>anything other than a Dragon Quest Monsters game
>>Rick doesn't believe in God
>>He even prayed before he thought he was going to die.
It's called hedgeing you bets. On the off side there is an afterlife, you may as well repent on your deathbed and be all cool going into it if it does exist.
Whenever I see posts like this, I just think, these people must be the worst people to ever meet. Arrogant, ignorant, weebs. Most likely NEET, or forever retail/fast food worker. Just pathetic, basically.
>fandom full of
Wow, a very tiny minority that literally injects their fandom into everything is a whole representation of the fanbase? Next time compare the fanart Killing Floor gets to the fanart Undertale gets.
>season 2 is just like season 1
This is the problem with a few episodes, mainly the TV episode, it's the exact same which isn't always a good thing.
The mini-verse episode was the best episode of the series do far.
Nah, have Rick show up escaped from jail with no explanation in the first episode.
Last episode reveal it's a different Rick, and the jailed Rick has been in prison for the entire season.
Really? I didn't like the mini-verse one, at least the A plot. The B plot of Summer was okay. In season 2 I liked that one, with Sleepy Gary
Its the little touches, like there being statues of Rick everywhere like the statues of Kangaskhan from R/B and G/S. Okay not exactly Kangaskahn, but the "animal" sprite pokemon got before their own unique ones
Am I the only one who hated the improv episodes? It was literally just Justin Roiland getting drunk and they animated the "silly" shit he said. Some of it was okay, but it gets pretty old pretty quickly. It just seems like they're milking Roiland a bit much in those episodes and he can't carry it by himself.
>if you don't find my joke funny you've got no sense of humor
What is with people like this? There is literally nothing more childish than that type of mentality. Also he's blocking people who criticize him? Sounds like he's on par with the tumblrinas he's joking about. What a faggot.
I have a strong theory that Dan Harmon is the reason why Rick and Morty is good. Justin Roiland just gets all the credit. If Justin was in full creative control of Rick and Morty then we would have shit like this in it
Seriously what the fuck is this shit? Dan Harmon is clearly the genius mastermind behind Rick and Morty. It's like The Simpsons. Sam Simon did all the work establishing the characters and giving them depth and personality while Matt Groening got all the credit
He's getting attacked for a hypothetical question he answered about a cartoon series he makes. It's twice removed from reality and people are shitting on him as if he said they deserved to get raped
>predates the internet
The internet is older by 3-4 years
And just because it's old, doesn't mean it's good anon.
I watched most of it at a young and and it progressively got more boring.
I actually agree with you. I just posted it some some guys could be happy they got the joke if they recognized him by the picture, but I ddin't notice that the file name included his name.
>The internet is older by 3-4 years
True, but I guess to specify, before the internet really took off and "normies" took over.
>I watched most of it at a young and and it progressively got more boring.
I'd ask how old you are, but it's hard to prove on the internet.
If you were a cool kid, you would have been watching Tiny Toons for years and starting to get tired of it, and the announcement of Animaniacs coming on was super exciting.
I'm not from /co/ either.
>Old Morty is Rick
Theory confirmed I guess
Okay, maybe not a loaded question, but still bad logic.
>if there are alternate universes, and in one of those universes Rick and Morty are in a relationship, does that mean you support pedophilia?
Saying no means denying that alternate universe exists, even though it's established in the show that there are literally an infinite number of alternate universes and realities. But saying yes doesn't mean you support it, it just means that it canonically exists. Hell, if it's an alternate universe, anything goes. Maybe it's an alternate universe where pedophilia is acceptable. She's trying to enforce her own moral code on the situation, but that's not how it works.
I thought something similar. I imagined these were the types of people who would never reply to you when you'd try to engage them in a friendly way but then go home and think about how much of an asshole you are and post about it on 4chan. some people, man. they're just angry.
That doesn't work. The social justice brigade will continue to slander you until you say something. And once you do, no matter the response, they'll slander you more.
Who said I'm not? I'm just saying her logic is flawed.
>Sym Bionic Titan
It still hurts
Why did they have to kill it.
It's missing the last two episodes
the ending makes me cry a bit every time
What the fuck
Money can be won by winning trainer battles, or watching ads.
Blitz & Chips tickets (Which can be used to draw rare items) can only be purchased. So far I haven't needed to buy anything and I've been going through just fine.
I adored this show just for how much it shits on Robin.
Robin was the fucking worst part of Teen Titans.
It wasn't even like it was a bad answer - with infinite realities there is the possibility of there being one where pedophilia and incest aren't an obstruction to a healthy relationship. That's not an endorsement or an attempt to triivialise abuse, that's confirming the nature of infinite realities.
>Rick and Morty is unfunny horseshit
Not really. One of the things that impressed me the most about it was how relevant the humor and tone of the show is to the American experience.
Like this potshot at Family Guy and the obnoxious cunts who watch it.
>Family Guy makes a reference
>People laugh at it despite not getting the reference because they think they're supposed to laugh
A lot of the people that watch the show are underaged and so a handful of more obscure references basically go over their heads
Family guy as a show is known for pulling up random references to anything from the past half century of America. Kids laugh, whether or not they actually get the references.
I would've overlooked this as projection, but if you do a double take, you realize he's holding the same face, tone and pose that Brian had in earlier episodes, whenever he said something like that. He's just holding a flask instead of a martini.
That isn't touhoumon insane rom hack
Sorry that its not hyped up on sugar like Teen Titans Go.
The english patch came out and there were threads for a few weeks.
>Dan Harmon is the reason why Rick and Morty is good. Justin Roiland just gets all the credit.
Much like how Hideo Kojima gets all the credit while it was Tomokazu Fukushima who made the series good, and actually gave it a good story.
>the best Pokemon game to come out in years
It's literally just going through awful randomly generated routes over and over with Pokemon that barely learn any moves and only three types. It sucks.
