Gen 7 is already confirmed to be on phones. So there's no reason to get a dedicated pokemon machine now.

I can only hope this is true. If everything that normally would be 3DS only like those listed above, was instead released on Android (and iOS for the apple inclined, I suppose) that would be fucking great. If I am already carrying around a high end touch screen device, I don't need to buy a low end proprietary one too.

Futhermore, Android/iOS need to get away from the HURRDURR 1.99 and IN APP PURCHASE garbage crap. If Nintendo could sell COMPLETE games for $10-25 or so, they'd make a fortune on volume. DLC is okay if it is actual content expansion-style, but not the $2.99 for one fucking level garbage etc.

Nintendo would make a fortune if they devoted some time and energy to creating bluetooth controllers and made of quality "nintendium" for mobile phone/tablet play, to give proper control to games that need more than just a touch screen.

So it depends on what you want. Don't mind the graphics(they could stay that way for another generation for all I care,) but the 3DS is just shit from a technical pov. Even my N3DS is having framedrops in almost every game. Heck, even Pokemon couldn't afford 3D because of the poor hardware, and it's STILL lagging often. Even the main menu is slow as fuck.

Don't even start me on the Eshop, or even worse: the virtual console. It's CURRENT YEAR and it's still bare bones. Where are the classics Nintendo? Stop sitting on your fucking eggs for all eternity.

Seriously, I even play my Vita more because even though there isn't as many games, I can play PS1 games with controls mapped to my preference. Way better than having only Game Boy/GBC and NES games only. I do, however, really love the Genesis 3D Classics.

I did, but they barely changed anything. They aren't even remakes. More like Reskins/Enhanced Ports. I would've loved to see a more fleshed out Kakariko Village.
I'm still buying DQ VIII just to support DQ in the west, though.

Bought a N3ds and it's just a monster hunter box. Just hit 300 hours, though I did mostly played with my gf and that definitely helped to make it even more fun. MH4U should only be played on N3ds, by the way.
I have a couple of other games but none of them has grabbed me like MH.
