They just feel like creaky hollow pieces of shit compared to ds2, the fucking sixaxis is a goddamn waste and the l2 and r2 buttons are notably worse than on ds1 and 2 because they are just mushy half assed triggers. There is really nothing wrong with being a casual gamer. I usually feel kind of bad about the amount of time I put into games when I realize how unfufilling they are when I could be using my time for things that are more important. But a person needs a hobby, gaming just happens to fit into where my life is at and has for a long time.
Arguably casuals are more fun to roflstomp in multiplayer too.

Not really, people will complain about the same thing carrying on in a sequel. Which is like kind of silly because it worked for mario and megaman they were fun for what they are.
