Why hasn't anyone done an EX Troopers fan patch yet, 3DS or PS3?
I know the "manga text" is almost impossible to retranslate formally, but couldn't one theoretically just have subtitles for them? The intro proves that the game can produce subtitles during cutscenes.
Hell, I'd be happy if someone just translated all the cutscenes.
EX Troopers is doomed to obscurity forever in the west. Hell, I don't think it even did all that great in Japan.
Great fucking game man
Like, the plot is wacky and colorful and it goes all over the place
But it still makes sense despite being so dense
The style and attention to detail in it is out of this world too
I got it last year on ps+ and decided to play it on a whim before my subscription ended
And seeing all the whackiness I though "ok, i probably wont pay too much attention to the story"
And then fuck me when I saw myself caring for what's going on
I didn't expect it to be actually good given the poor sales/reception
Besides FE Fates and Monster Hunter X received an english patch?
I downgraded and installed CFW last week and I'd love to play Medarot 8, Dragon Quest Monsters and Yokai Watch 2 in english.
>I DIDN'T GET IT BUT I GOT IT
Why is this man so based /v/
That's just Capcom's bullshit, it's totally translatable besides a few sfx here and there (if someone translated it, it would end up kinda like the PS3 Jojo game).
No broskie, while there are dialogue boxes that arent images/graphics, every cut scene has them as some sort of effect
Some of the dialogue gets more bold, or increases in size, the words are "animated", if that makes sense
If it all came to translate normal dialogue than it would all be fine, but thats just not the case
I still need to unlock more costumes
>Luan mentions they'll do a mission at the beach
>Bren imagines hot teacher in a sexy bikini
>I'm now in sync with the MC
>"Oh, by the way I'm not going"
Thanks god you could unlock it at least.
At least the beach party was fun
I thought the same damn thing.
>Lost Planet, but not fucking boring
>bright and colorful
>funny, yet can still keep a serious story going
>"NO FUCK THAT HAVE SOME MORE LOST PLANET"
Hey the original and two had some fun multiplayer.
it's the third one that went to shit.
>always wanted to play it
>imported it without looking up cast
>suddenly surprise Miyuki Sawashiro
Call me dumb, but LP1 was hideously dull. I like neon colors in my games, not fucking brown/gray (or nothing but snow, in LP1's case).
>implying Sawashiro isn't in fucking everything
You should automatically expect her to be in whatever you're playing/watching.
Girls flexing is the best, muscles or not.
The 3DS version looks like poop.
Let me iterate again:
They're both identical in terms of framerate and graphics. The only difference is resolution.
Also, the one big thing I like about EX Troopers is how you can play as anyone, along with a shitton of costume/weapon options.
Uhh, nope. The 3DS version has some noticeable framedrops, as well as low detail textures, thicker outlines on characters because its hard to spot them. Also, less enemy counts.
There's no reason not to get the PS3 version.
Nintendo limits printed carts and charges premium to manufacture them.
It's Nintendo, finding a Cartridge is expensive.
Dunno if they put it up on eshop in Japan.
>tfw wanted it for Vita
>the trophy lists that there's a Vita version
>it's just Capcom fucking up on the list
I remembered getting really excited to play this until Capcom said it was impossible to translate.
It's pretty cheap on Amazon. Can anyone here confirm if it's worth making it my first import?
I got it for $30 when that was considered cheap two years ago.
It's fun. Go for it.
You can pretty much get an idea of what they're saying. The only one you'll have trouble with if you don't know crap of moo is this quiz post main game.
>walk into womens toilet
>get thrown out
get a trophy for doing it
