What is the hardest game you have ever beaten/100%?
The only game I've veer 100% was KH2 because ultima blade
>>323717236I don't think I've ever 100% a game
>>323717236
gone home
I don't think I actually play any hard games
>>323717236
tales from the borderlands
>>323717608
Sort of this too. Of course there are some games where completion is by all means and purposes 100% completion, but I've really never bothered to go 100% in any game that has any optional stuff in it. There's always too much stupid and tedious shit to do.
Still need to 100% F-Zero. Only have a couple more missions to do on Very Hard and it's settled
>>323717608
Hardest game beaten, no 100%?
maybe demon's souls
I don't usually go for 100% or platinums
i got 100% completion in gta III, vice city, san andreas, IV, and V
those werent hard it just took a little time
My dick
>>323718109
ah fuck, I cropped out the name of the game. It's Binding of Isaac: Rebirth+Afterbirth
Did 100% on both dark souls not too long ago, it's not particularly hard
Hard would be a one life metal slug 3 run, arcade version; or a 9 hour run of Final Fantasy IX to the fourth disc
Send help. Anyways, most time consuming was definitely Chain of Memories. I started and got a good chunk (200h) of Star Ocean 4 done but fuck that's a beast. As for outright hardest, I actually had more trouble with Kingdom Hearts 2 100% on critical than I did with the entire DMC4 series. Those superbosses do not fuck around.
>>323718542
Either Satazius (on Insane), or Ikaruga (on normal). Not sure, but I think satazius was harder.
>>323718738
Ignore the reply
The only game I 100%'d was Red Dead Redemption
>>323718738
Ah I'm not into the shoot em up scene, but mah Ikaruga does not take prisoners. As for my latest feat of craziness, I 100%'d fallout 3 on PS3. How horrifying. I would have to beg the blood gods for it to not crash.
>>323717236
I only ever 100%ed one game and it wasn't That hard
Crash Bandicoot.
> Getting the Gem on Sunset Vista and Cortex Power.
Never again.
I don't play video games
serious sam 3: bfe
>>323717608
>get 99.9% on GTA V
>first game to 100%
>only the yeti mission left
>start up the game
>cloud deleted my save
>>323717236
Super Meat Boy.actually the game fucked up and gave me 102% completion, and I can't remember if I even did the final level of cotton alley
>>323717236
Spyro year of the dragon, probs. 100% isn't my usual goal.
>>323718207
I'm trying for that at the moment. Now that the lost comes with holy mantle I might finally have a chance to unlock the godhead.
>>323718426
>9 hour run of Final Fantasy IX
how did you do it so fast? most speedrunners get there at about 10-11 hours (almost 11:20 when it's 100%)
>>323718542
Have you done a Level 1 run?
Only game I ever fully completed was Spyro 120%
>>323717236
Probably Bloodborne
>BLOODBORNE WAS EASY, LOL!
I 100% that shit in 2 weeks, anyone that says they thought the Chalice Dungeons were easy before the nerfs are fucking lying
>>323720160
this, Spyro 3, and Jak & Daxter are the only games I've fully completed. In terms of "completing everything" in an RPG, I've pretty much finished FFX minus fully filling out every sphere grid.
>>323719668
keep in mind dying as any other character with the missing poster respawns you as the lost
Klonoa, Super Meat Boy, Binding of Isaac, Lost Levels when I was a kid but I haven't been able to as an adult.

Look at the number of achievemetns
>>323717608
This. What kind of autismo would do such a thing?
>>323720062
Not yet but fucking damn, level 99 critical was hard enough. I can't imagine beating Terra on level 1.
>>323717236
>pic related
>>323717236
return to dreamland.Wii is my only console.
>>323718542
>Chain of Memories
Hard to 100% on PS3?
The KH Remix games were hard to 100%?
>>323720871
>http://store.steampowered.com/app/259680
post steam ID for proof
I'm going for the Mamorukun Curse platinum. This game is so fucking unpopular that you can't find any YouTube videos for strategies against bosses in Netherworld Adventures. The first phase of Final Boss B is the only thing I'm struggling to figure out and there's not really a good way to practice on it.
>>323717236
Harmoknight
And I'm still not done yet, it's just the closest thing.I'm fucking dreading the final challenge on 2x speed
>>323717236
Super meat boy, because I'm a pleb. But I'm working on touhou EoSD now (which is definitely harder than super meat boy to 100% - 1cc on lunatic and on extra)
>>323720976
Eh. I grew up poor so I'm used to squeezing out as much content as possible.
>>323721381
It was time consuming, but not too difficult. You have to complete the game SIX times. Also 2 is hard to 100% in a single run since you need to beat the 14 superbosses on critical, which isn't easy.
>>323717236
Hardest game I've 100%'d was Bloodborne. It's not even hard to 100%, but I don't 100% games very often and that's the hardest out of the ones I have. It's rather easy to 100% though.
Hardest game I've beaten is probably Ninja Gaiden 2. Not the NES one, although that one is also difficult. Any faggot who says the Souls games are the hardest games ever have clearly never played any of the Ninja Gaiden games. They are a nightmare.Really fucking good games though
>>323720871
>1395 Achievements
>almost all of them are for 9 different modes/difficulties each
I only wonder if it's enough to do it on the highest difficulties or if you have to get all of them 9 times
>>323722196
They only unlock for the difficulty you're playing
Even without the difficulty repetition it's still 155 achievements in a roguelike
and then the expansion adds more
>>323722463
>They only unlock for the difficulty you're playing
and I thought the seperate ranks for every difficulty in DMC were annoying
>>323722039
WHAT THE FUCK why?
Also can you give me a quick explanation on what critical mode is?
>>323721549
Did this one a few months back. The final clocktower was my most dreaded level, and I had a strangely difficult time with the 2x final boss.
I did a 100% run on KH1 on ps2on a kingdom key only expert mode run.
>>323722870
See the bosses are actually really fun and I dare say even easier on 2x. It's the stages that always give me a hard time. And fuck that last clocktower level too fuck I forgot about that
>>323722931
>kingdom key only
Yes and? I do that shit for aesthetic, it's not that hard. Least not in KH1
Probably Metal Gear Rising.
Playing the game normally is very easy compared to other games in the genre, but 100% completing it is a nightmare. Getting first place on all the VR missions and DL-VR missions is awful, S-ranking the Blade Wolf DLC on Very Hard/Revengeance is a pain just because of the VR missions and Khamsin (although the rest is mercifully quite easy), S-ranking the Sam DLC on Very Hard/Revengeance is fucking awful, and if you're going for true 100% you also need to get every title, which means doing shit like beating Revengeance with no upgrades.
Almost every other Platinum game is easier to 100% even though they're almost all harder to beat normally.
>>323722828
Cuz they're shits and didn't stack difficulty trophies. Anyways, critical mode lets you have the option of staying at whatever level you want, with the Zero EXP skill. It's also the hardest difficulty in the game and can wall you pretty hard in unexpected places.
>>323717236
F-Zero GX
>>323723107
Sounds brutal.
>>323723576
Level 99 took me about 2 months of frustrating fights with Terra to beat him. I can't imagine fighting him with much much less HP.
