Anyone still patiently waiting for Cuphead? It is also a pc game
Here's the trailer in case you forgot somehow:
No. You faggots circle jerking about games that don't exist yet are just annoying.
No point talking about a game that will never do all the things you want to speculate about and may end up being total trash by the time the publishers get to fuck it.
Talk about things that are already out fag.
Also, in case it wasn't obvious, fuck you.
>STOP TALKING ABOUT VIDEO GAMES
Definitely buying, looks like a lot of fun and I'm a huge classic animation fag. Reminds me of Ub Iwerks Animation
>No point talking about a game that will never do all the things you want to speculate about
Might as well not have religion then.
>stop talking about imaginary things that don't exist
LEL YES. Let's talk about Last Guardian some more or maybe Versus 13.
O wait. They don't exist 10 years later. Dumb faggot.
>LOOK AT ME! I'M FROM REDDIT. WE'RE SO MUCH BETTER EVEN THOUGH WE LITERALLY STEAL EVERYTHING FROM HERE.
I will never fucking understand you people
You guys bitch about Video Games(especially AAA titles) being samey and not innovative and when an innovative game like this comes out "oh hey guys let's diss it" give me a fucking break
>being hype ever
I don't understand why you would try and guarantee yourself to be disappointed. It will never be as good as you want it and going in with expectations will only make sure you don't enjoy it as much as you could have.
Not to mention hype makes retards buy things without knowing if it's actually any good or if you just saw some sweet ass marketing.
The only thing you should ever be hype for is suicide you faggot.
>First game to use cel animation in a interactive way(QTE's like Space Ace don't count)
>Parry slap from Street Fighter 3 hasn't been applied to a Run 'n Gun game before
>You can revive your teammate by parry slapping him
I think these count as innovations
And this is being done by a team of a few guys with no Kickstarter/E-Begging either
Also if this ends up being a success maybe other companies will take a page from these guys and go with this kind of style for 2D games(coughCapcomcough, coughSNKcough(wishful thinking they're broke))
I'll watch a lets play or speedrun of it.
>First game to use cel animation in a interactive way
This game was supposed to come out at Q2 2014, no solid info ever since, just some gameplay videos here and there and when asked about a release date he says "soon". It's vaporware at this point.
Yes they have if you actually bothered to follow their updates and the few interviews they had
The original plan was a boss rush but then they got some funding from Microsoft and decided to expand on the game
I got the reference, too.
As for the game, it looks dope enough to warrant a check-out for me
How about the "Hold button to lock you into place while shooting" thing?
Has that shit been done before in another game?
Anyhow the game seems very creative...especially with all those crazy bosses
>Boss fights only
BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH ONE YOU WANT TO FIGHT!
Like that makes the game less shit
>>Boss fights only
>>no its not
>>literally posts video show its just boss fights.
I could swear I first saw this game in a PS4 promo, was it always xbone/pc exlusive?
one. only one. quake mission pack 3 final boss
but i have a hard time believing a game built on having 'the most bosses of any game' will have anything comparable, and will again just be big generic enemies who take 3 minutes of spamming and dodging unpredictable attack patterns
INB4 BOSSFIGHTS + MINI BOSSFIGHTS WHILST BEING SCREEN CHASED.
but you believe it, otherwise you wouldn't be surprised that people have differing opinions than yours
I've been maximum hype since day one. Looks fucking awesome and I love that everything is 100% traditionally animated.
Plus if it's good then the next game will be ever better.
I'm looking forward to it on PC. I love old-school 2D platformers and shooters, as well as hand-drawn cartoon animation.
I just hope it doesn't get delayed again.
