My PS2 copy of Rayman 3 has a 3D cover, PAL PS2.
Why are you doing this? Just curious.

Most working designs games have cases such as this.

Also, I believe Kingdom Hearts II has a foil case, and FF XIII does as well.

Ah, I fucking love that game, OP. Oddly enough the Japanese cover is not shiny, Working Designs did that for the localization.

My MGS1 has shiny red foil letters for the title.

Metroid Prime 2 is pretty fucking shiny as well.

Tried to get a pic of Rayman 3, not great though. Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum also have shiny backgrounds. My Vita version of Sonic Transformed has some parts of the cover shiny, that may be Limited Edition only though. I'll check my other games

The 3DS LBX games all have holographic covers. Not sure if they kept this with the English version of LBX.

Bioshock 2 (aka best bioshock) has that rainbow tint and the title bulges out

Might and magic 7 used to have a similar bulging cover that was super cool. That was only the copy I used to rent, the one I ended up buying was still catbon boxed but smaller and a flat top

The big box cases for Lunar and Lunar 2 on the PS1 both should have some really nice shiny foil on the box (but not on the actual game cover).

Grandia III has a lot of reflective stuff on it. Out of my own collection that's all I've got.

Look into Working Designs more, they almost always did something special with game covers in the PS1 era.

Seems like Japanese GBC games might all have foil letters, but it's just the GAMEBOY part of the logo. I'd skip those if I were you, OP.

Electroplankton had a foil cover box for the special edition and on the game case as well.

The DS Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games, Kirby Super Star Ultra, and 3DS Shinobi had some foil as well on their covers.
