Not really because the Japanese version of 4 isn't even that much better than what is available in English these days.

Plus its really only 4 and the original PSX releases of 1/2 that got hit bad by changes - 1/IS are now available on PSP in a much more accurate format with EP similarly on the way, and the only real alterations to 3 that I recall are jokes getting reworked and Yukari being made more of a bitch in English.
