Party's good, but the way you're building it probably isn't. Monk's physical attacks blow, meaning that you should go healing all the way. They become the de facto healing/support class once you give them a princess subclass.

Your party's a little fragile otherwise, but you should be okay, at least through the main game.

EO3 was probably the first game where you could take whatever and have relatively little problems. Just be aware that without a tank enemies will hit really hard and can one shot pretty much anyone that isn't the gladiator. You actually have 4 backrow classes, monk may be advertised as fist fighters but theyre pretty shit and basically just healers

Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, the early PMD games, and Shiren are a lot better. The main problem is that Etrian and MD mechanics don't exactly gel that well by just smashing them together.
