>Led nine campaigns against Wei
>Emperor Liu Shan surrenders due to a surprise attack on the capital, ordering Jiang Wei to surrender
>When Jiang Wei first met with Zhong Hui, the Wei general in charge of the forces that attacked Shu, Zhong Hui said "You are slow in coming." Shedding tears Jiang Wei replied, "even my seeing you today is too early".
>In a last ditch effort to save Shu, Jiang Wei convinces Zhong Hui to revolt against Wei but both are killed by Wei soldiers
Did you play as the most tragic character of The Three Kingdoms today?
>not Dian Wei dying in penance for letting his guard down protecting Cao Cao
>Not dying on your feet to frighten off the cowards who tried to trap and assassinate the true hero of the land
Jiang Wei caused the prolonged suffering of his people.
If Liu Shan hadn't been dropped on his head, Shu may have had the intelligence to give up earlier.
Since Liu Shan was however, we were stuck with faggots like Jiang Wei holding out resistance and causing needless conflict within the land.
Shu-Han's very existence was in direct conflict with Cao-Wei. You either try to gain land to better position your empire against your enemy, or you wait until they inevitably attack with their superior resources. Peace was never an option.
Shu-Han should have known better and not created themselves to begin with.
They had nothing, stole the land from their brothers and allies and then proceeded to fuck up everything.
>DW9 is rumored to have an open world
Please god no. Just cut down the amount of enemies on screen, make them stronger and turn up the difficulty. Fuck, just make Dynasty Warriors 3 that controls just as well as DW8 does.
This series has always been relatively low budget, making it open world won't help, especially with 80 fucking characters on board.
