I´d pick Daggerfall over Morrowind
An online game might be a good idea, either an MMO or a MOBA or something like Counter Strike
Animal crossing or Harvest moon is viable
There's a couple of JRPGS that require a million hours to 100% like Monster Hunter or Disgaea
