it's fun. Don't really enjoy playing agaisnt tryhard shiek and clouds though.

You know they're tryhard when they run around constantly, jump around for no reason, and just act a spaz.

I had such a salty sheik last night. Kept changing their username to things like "LOL" "AGAIN?" "U R BAD" and then i destroyed him with my shiek just to prove how easy it is, and there was radio silence.

Tbqh I actually prefer tourney legal stages and items off etc because I find executing combos the fun and extremely satisfying part. Casual is fun don't get me wrong, but items can sometimes be anti fun. However if you do shit like counterpick stages when you're playing with friends then that's retarded. No accounting for art style explaining the texture difference, better shading and shadows, backdrop polygon count, 1080p, 8 player support...

Say what you will about the gameplay, but it's objectively a better looking game and looks as well as a 1080p/60 game can for a system roughly equivalent to a 360. The Wii U's hardware itself is up for a lot more criticism than Sm4sh's graphics.

I hate to be this guy, but is Cloud overpowered? I'm still new to online, but it seems like I can hit him many times only to achieve the same damage one attack with Cloud can, and Cloud is also fast. On the other end, if I'm losing to someone, I can switch to Cloud next time and win easily, sometimes. It just doesn't seem to happen with any other character, and it's not "you're just not used to fighting him because he's new" because I've only ever really played against AI before Cloud was even released.
