I have a selection of like 70 games tagged under "later" on steam. I have a bunch of games I got on GoG, Uplay, Origin.
Then I have all my backlogged games on current gen, last gen, the gen before that and the gen before that on consoles.

I mean I have PS2 games I bought at release (like Shadow Hearts: New World) I haven't gotten around to yet.

I have a pretty extensive backlog.

i can understand if it's something vintage and could go extinct as in no more copies, but outside of that, there's no purpose. just download the rom and delete it when you're done (or keep it if you constantly play it), then redownload it when you feel like playing it again. it's not like roms are a hassle to download anyway
