9 is superior in every possible fucking way though. 7 is plebeian as fuck and you can tell the only reason it gets as much praise as it does is because the themes it deals with are much more obvious. 9's themes are significantly deeper than 7's even though it gets shit on because it doesn't have the "loledgyatmosphere" and "XxXCloudXStrifeXxX"

FF7 is not nearly as good as people make it out to be. Sure, it's a great game, but it's not in the top 10 of all time, especially when 9 isn't even in the top 100.
