Depends on the game.
If it's something I want I don't even look at reviews.
If it's something I'm mixed about I read reviews from various sites and videos and see if I really do want it. If it's on PC I disregard the reviews and just pirate it and try it out.

When I go on steam if the game is anything below "mostly positive" I immediately leave the page because gamers have no standards, so if even they say its bad then it really must be hot garbage.

Other than that, I don't read or care about reviews at all. If its a multiplayer game I consult friends who own it and ask what its like, and if its a single player game I just watch some gameplay videos or see what people on /v/ think.
