The thing that let me down in Steamworld Dig was the random generated area. It could have easily be something pre-designed that it wouldn't hurt the game at all.

Turn up the horizontal sensitivity and make sure you're supporting the system with both hands. I got something like 120+ hours in it and once you get it down it's pretty damn addicting.

Shame the online is probably dead at this point, though.
