Games you would defend from shitposters

Defend it from me then. I gave up on this game because the gameplay is so shitty. Writing is good, but not so good that it made me want to finish the Earthbound But Even Less Interesting combat.

Only bad part about the game was that the final boss gauntlet wasn't even challenging, it just took way too much time. I understand it was supposed to be tragic, but I don't think 20 minutes of easy fighting is helping that feel.
