>PC: Denuvo DRM still hasn't been broken
>3DS: Downgrading bricks system ("Y-YOU JUST DIDN'T DO IT RIGHT!")
>Wii U: ???
So how're those free games going, Piratefags?
PC still has tens of thousands of games that are cracked and ready to download.
My 3DS still plays pirated games with Gateway.
My Wii U has Loadiine and plays pirated games just fine.
The free game industry is alive and well.
Yeah, tens of thousands of older games, since all the new games are backed by Denuvo.
Enjoy playing the same games for the rest of your life.
>W-well the new games are shit anyway!
Excellent damage control, friend.
>doubles minimum specs
Literally not an issue.
Arkham Knight and Just Cause 3 have been disasters for their respective developers. I will literally never buy a Denuvo game even if it means never being able to play it
>all the new games are backed by Denuvo
You need to try harder than that.
>Enjoy playing the same games for the rest of your life.
>Tens of thousands of games.
>Playing the same ones over and over.
Nope, try harder. Also (you)'s don't count as l'epic trolle. You need to put more effort into it. You aren't trolling by making yourself look like a fool. You troll by making others look foolish.
>Denuvo DRM still hasn't been broken
Its been broken multiple times. No one cares about JC3.
>Downgrading bricks system
Only if you cna't follow simple instructions. A few days ago I had a 9.8 3DS, now I have a 9.2 that auto boots to emunand.
Every single game from all consiles before the ps4 era are avaliable for free
So with that in mind you could play a diferent game every hour for 100 years and there will be no need to replay a game
>N-No one cares about Just Cause 3!
>literally 20+ threads asking WHERE'S THE CRACK less than 12 hours after it was released
This fucking damage control, holy shit.
Shills are getting desperate
>not a single Denuvo(tm)(C) game was a success
>posting this a few hours after dragon's dogma got leaked, a full week before release
Nigga, I don't even pirate anything and between my steam library and the giant stack of Playstation 2 games I have that I haven't played in forever, I have enough things to play that I could not buy a single game for the entirety of this console generation and the next one and still not have run out of things to play.
Not to mention that on PC, a lot of older games have mods that completely change them, and active communities that continue to make more mods. If modern gaming continues its downward trend, those communities will only get bigger as people look for alternatives.
I couldn't give less of a shit OP, wake me up when there's something worth pirating.
God someone needs to make a new NWN game. That shit had the best mod tools. Plus you could share and play mods with others online. It was like the Unreal of cRPGs.
Ironically, the mindset that focuses on good games over megaprofits doesn't tend to favor DRM like this. The only people who want stuff like Denuvo are the ones who want to squeeze every dollar out of people with mediocre games.
>since all the new games are backed by Denuvo.
Actually only a handful of games use Denuvo. It's too expensive.
Also contrary to what we've been told for years, killing piracy hasn't increased sales much. Just Cause 3 is selling about as well as you'd expect a PC game like that to sell. The lack of piracy hasn't had any real effect on sales. Given this development, chances are DRM itself might be in its last hours.
>20 years into the future
>can't play any old games because DRM
This. 2-3 years of games before DRM starts to hit everything, 2-3 years of 3DS emulation, 2-3 years of WiiU emulation, 2-3 years of backlog.
That's years of gaming left. After 12 years when I am almost 40 I am fine with dropping this hobby.
Most games don't use Denuvo and most of the ones that do have been cracked.
3DS pirating works just fine.
Wii U emulation is on track to be working by the end of the year.
Who gives a shit about the other two, they don't have any worthwhile exclusives.
I'm not a piratefag, but don't be retarded.
-is a simple AES virtual machine
-only uses the CPUID and machine hardware to check if it's running on the same machine, not for encryption
The only thing that prevents Denuvo from being cracked is that the VM is missing it's rainbow/dispatch tables.
Anyone who believes this wrongly is stupid. It's sooooo easy to crack but you fucks are all lazy because you can't disassemble x64 machine code.
Well some plebs lack patience. I am not a child so I am able to wait for a game to get cracked to play it rather than pay 60 bucks to be disappointed in 1 game to spend 60 dollars to be disappointed in another one after the first.
>denuvo still protects games no one wants to play but nomies that buy it in the first places scare of piracy.
3ds doesn't brick it, I've done it 5 times now.
Wii U almost has emulation and I'm pretty sure it has an entry point. Xbone, lol no one gives a shit.
ps4 has linux running on it.
