Some buffs for Karin that I think are much needed to make her viable:
LK Mujinkyaku is +7 on block.
c.LP is +4 on block.
The command grab out of Ressenha hits both high and mid.
Just frame EX Tenko for remains meterless.
I'm sure there's more that she needs but even though I'm not a pro I can understand that Capcom needs to work with her a lot if she doesn't want to be the Hakan of this game.
Ryu and Necalli are the only characters that feel weak enough to warrant buffs right now.
Bison is the only character strong enough to warrant a nerf right now, but I think it should be fairly small. He's not that bad, but scissor kick probably shouldn't be + on block.

I can agree with everything else you said but i think this is a little to much
If they give her that she is basically convert in all fronts and everything else she just becomes better as a result
Not even Nashs jump over firball move hit on overhead even though is looks like it should

Nigger if Ryu has V-trigger he can confirm anything into 50% combos
I don't play him but durring the last beta there where a lot of anons that played him and told us he was free win
Note that i mean when activating a trigger using it as roman cancel to then being able to use hi CA
his actuall V-trigger is shit
I've heard the opposite. It's probably best to hold out on buffs and nerfs for awhile.
The only thing everyone seem to agree on is that Bison is the slightest bit too good right now.

i thought gief is kind of an easy matchup for a lot of people. i play necalli and just control the ground game with heavy kick and ground pounds. and anti air him.
kinda wish his green hand was back to be honest.
From what I can see so far at least, Karin's rekka and other character's v-trigger that puts them into a buff state are probably best used to cancel a normal to extend your combo. Using Karin's trigger for mixup purposes doesn't seem like it's going to take you very far.

now, they certainly could've done a bit better than just fucking 16, but we only had 44 characters in Ultra because that was after years of updates
grab ranges are absolute ass in this game, and Gief is easily the worst character in the beta. He's a grappler who NEEDS to get close, yet he has no means of doing so, and basically nothing to do from mid-range either. he's awful, removing greenhand neutered him.
